The house has a garden, roof terrace, bath, private parking spot and is a perfect family house! It's located just 5 minutes from the beach! Great location for a family. Safe environment for kids to play in and around the house. Slow traffic and a big playground nearby. Many toys available. We strongly prefer families considering the neighbourhoud and the 2 childrens bedrooms and 1 double.

In front of our house you will find a beautiful city lake, park and a little beach which is absolutely great in summer! The tram stops around the corner and takes you to the city centre within only 15 minutes. We live in a child friendly neighbourhood with a lots of activities you can undertake. Haarlem and Zandvoort are very close and easily reachable with public transport.
