A perfect little studio space for couples...but if you have to bring the little one, we have a foldaway floor mat available that folds out to a twin size, ( just bring extra pillow & bedding for that!) More than enough floor space for a pack and play also. This 2nd floor studio space is just across the small two lane 30A highway run.. so just a short 3 min walk to the sand!

Unique industrial and modern feel one bedroom with a Small efficiency type kitchen. Very much like a Tiny but Cozy Parisian apartment which will allow you to sleep comfortably, and have a super unique apartment, but located truly in the HEART of Seaside. We allow two people maximum and adults only unless you have an infant in a pack-n-play because, the unit can be dangerous for a small child who is crawling or walking. We do not allow pets due to the fact that many guests have allergies.

The Luxview was completely remodeled with a special attention to detail to make your stay exclusive. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is ideal for couples romantic gateway. Located in the HEART of Destin, within 2 minutes drive to the stunning beaches. The complex has 3 pools, a lake and a tennis court.
