Outdoors, enjoy shared amenities including a large deck, fire pit, tables , dock, and swing. Two kayaks and two SUPs are available for fun on the river. Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

Welcome to the Leonards Point Bird House! This newly renovated lake home has all amenities needed for a perfect escape in Oshkosh, WI. You will experience lake views from the south side of Lake Butte Des Morts. For a quieter experience (or louder for the kids) there is a detached bunk house with its own bathroom!
