Our house is located on the island Cres. You can emerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of untouched nature, breathing air flavoured by sea and mediterranean plants. This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers.. The property is run by solar panels (limited use of electric)Max. 200 W Warm water during 24 h!

Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. The house has a large terrace, also with sea views.The house has air conditioning on the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom are located. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with fans instead of air conditioning. As the house is quite old, it may become warm inside during very hot summer days.
