In een vrijstaand pandje, oorspronkelijk een garage, is een aangenaam plekje gerealiseerd met eigen keuken en badkamer. Er zijn twee tweepersoons bedden die ook los van elkaar gezet kunnen worden. Een zonnig terras bevindt zich aan de achterzijde. De directe omgeving is geliefd bij wandelaars en fietsers; vanaf het huisje kunt u alle kanten op! Uiteraard is het huisje voorzien van gratis WiFi en een smart televisie. Het huisje beschikt over een eigen entree op een afgebakend stuk op het perceel.

Onze B&B is voorzien van alle moderne faciliteiten zoals bijvoorbeeld een moderne keuken, Philips hue verlichting, smart TV en Quooker. De B&B met grote privétuin en vrij uitzicht is door een schutting volledig afgeschermd van de woonboerderij en alleen voor u als gast toegankelijk. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!
