Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Häggvik

Wir waren zu viert für drei Nächte in der Wohnung, sie hat eine ausreichende Größe und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Schlafplätze wurde individuell auf uns angepasst. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Grundbedarf benötigt. Es war sauber und alles sehr lieblich hergerichtet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Der Check-in und Check-Out konnten flexibel gestaltet werden und liefen ganz problemlos. All in all war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

We stayed at the apartment for three months as a family of three. Adam was super helpful, and the apartment was ideally equipped and situated for the trip. The area is close to the metro and does not have many tourists. The apartment and building are new, well-kept and quiet. Adam helped us when we arrived and responded very quickly to questions. A superb stay at a great place with a wonderful host!

The location in Södermalm was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karolina was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm! Makes your stay worth it!!

Det var en meget positiv oplevelse at bo i Pärs lejlighed i Stockholm. Vi blev taget godt imod af underboen, som gav os en rundvisning og var behjælpelig med spørgsmål. Lejligheden var meget større end vi troede, og virkelig hyggelig. Alt var pænt og rent. Der var sørget godt for os med sengetøj, rene håndklæder, turistbrochurer og en flaske bobler i køleskabet. Vi følte os meget velkomne! Lejligheden ligger meget centralt og i gåafstand til centrum. Der var fred og ro på gaden. Restaurant Lille Capri i stueetagen var et skønt sted, hvor vi spiste 3 gange. Her fik vi super service! Alt i lejligheden var i den skønneste orden, og Pär var hurtig til at svare, hvis vi havde spørgsmål undervejs. Tusind tak til Pär for godt værtskab - vi vil varmt anbefale denne bolig til andre.

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Labai rami ir tyli vieta, aplink gamta, jokio triukšmo, tinkama norint pailsėti. Viduje jauku lyg pas senelius vasarnamyje, buvo šilta.

Είχαμε πολύ καλή επικοινωνία και ανταποκρίθηκε σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε. Θα το πρότεινα για πολλούς λόγους. Ήταν υπέροχη γειτονιά πολύ ήσυχη και πολύ εύκολη να φτάσεις από το κέντρο της Στοκχόλμης. Θα το επιλέξω πάλι αν κάνω το ίδιο ταξίδι.

Wir könnten das gesamte Haus nutzen, als ob es unser Zuhause wäre. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage, in einem Vorort von Stockholm, war wie beschrieben sehr ruhig und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Durch das angrenzende kleine Wäldchen fühlten wir uns mitten in der Natur. Annette und Stephan waren und sind tolle Gastgeber. Ihre offene und zugängliche Art hat uns sehr angesprochen. Dadurch haben wir viele Insidertipps erhalten. Annette und Stephan sind tolle Ansprechpartner für wenig Fremdsprachenkenntnisse.

Ein absolut schönes Haus mit einer sehr tollen Lage. Auch für die Kinder gab es mehr als genug Spielmöglichkeiten. Die Familie hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und uns somit den Urlaub gerettet. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wij hebben hier een paar dagen met de groep verbleven en het was absoluut de moeite waard. De accommodatie was netjes, goed onderhouden en schoon. Daarnaast bevond het zich in een prachtige buurt, op slechts 15 minuten rijden met een Uber naar het centrum van Stockholm. Al met al hebben we enorm genoten en zouden we deze plek zeker aanraden!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem roten Haus von Viveka und Adde. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist komfortabel und sehr gemütlich. Alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht ist vorhanden. Das Haus eignet sich prima um Stockholm zu besuchen (gute Busverbindung in die Stadt). Nach einem spannenden Tag in Stockholm freut man sich abends in die ruhige Umgebung des roten Hauses zurück zu kehren und vielleicht noch schnell vom naheliegenden Steg ins Wasser zu springen. Restaurant-Empfehlumg: The old Smokehouse (nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom roten Haus). Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Viveka und Adde war perfekt; proaktiv, schnell und sehr freundlich :-)

Prachtige woning, voorzien van alle gemakken. Aan het einde van de straat is een schitterend wandelgebied rond een meer. met de honden ideaal. Toen wij er waren in februari werd er geschaatst op het meer. Loopafstand naar metro en trein is plm. 7 min. zeer goede verbinding met centrum Stockholm. Groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand plm. 10 min. Parkeren van de auto rond de woning is wel opletten. Aan de linkerzijde van de weg mag niet geparkeerd worden, oftewel tegen de rijrichting in, en blijf 10 meter uit de bocht. De woning is een mooi uitgangspunt om Stockholm en omgeving te verkennen.

Johan och hans fru var toppen som hyresvärdar, trevliga och omhändertagande. Huset var mycket fint och utsikten fantastisk. Luftiga ytor som gav en känsla av utrymme. Denna hyresvärd och detta hus rekommenderar vi starkt:)

Daniel's place is the most feel-like-home place. Everything is great & better than the photos. The place is spacious with 4 floors, 2 living rooms and fully equiped kitchen. We love the dining & living area. 4 bedrooms fit 5 of us very well. The area has a supermarket which is 5 mins drive and it is quite convenience to go into Stockholm central with 25 mins drive. We would love to stay longer.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Kajsas schönem Häuschen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Stockholm (zur Bahn sind es etwa 13 Gehminuten, insgesamt benötigt man etwa eine Stunde bis ins Zentrum) und in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Auch den Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen, der Garten, das Trampolin und das vorhandene Spielzeug wurden gerne genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit Kajsa war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Appartement très cosy, une décoration originale et recherchée ! Le logement contient absolument tout ce qu’il faut pour être bien, la vue est incroyable, la literie super confortable. Sara est disponible, accueillante, elle nous a donné toutes les indications nécessaires pour que notre séjour soit impeccable. À recommander sans hésiter si vous voulez du calme, du confort, tout en restant a proximité de la ville.

Felix had a lovely apartment that met all my needs. It was close to grocery stores, shopping, public transit (metro, buses) and a few blocks from beautiful walking paths along the water. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Logement conforme aux photos et description. Très cosy et agréable : eau chaude, chauffage, équipements fonctionnels, bonne literie et sauna en bonus! Environnement très calme, dans quartier résidentiel. 10 mn à pieds pour arriver au tram 12, arrêt alleparken, qui amène directement au métro sur le même quai. Vous êtes au centre de Stockholm en 30 mn. Anita et Hanna nos hôtes sont très réactives et habitent au dessus du logement, ce qui est très sécurisant. L'accueil d'Anita a été très chaleureux. Elle est d'une gentillesse remarquable et saura vous conseiller pour le mieux. Nous recommandons vivement !

Dejligt sted og flot indrettet med alt, hvad vi havde brug for.

La signora nadja e il signor Thomas sono degli host ottimi, l'appartamento era migliore delle foto con una terrazza con una vista unica, comodo a tutto e ordinato. Super disponibili e gentili entrambi, spero di rivivere un'esperienza cosi.

Stefan's place is fantastic, such a great location with great cafes, bars and resteraunts in the local neighbourhood for when you don't fancy travelling across the city. But if you do want to travel then good transport links for the underground (tunnelbana) as well as buses and the Flygbussarna coach stop the airpot is a 5 minute walk away. The aprartment was clean, unclutted and comfortable, with great art and interesting books all around. The small balcony is a bonus, it gets the sun and so is a lovely spot for morning coffee (or evening beer). Stephan was friendly and was around to let me in on arrival and explain how everything worked, but his description and instructions in the listing were perfect anyway. Had a great stay and hope to stay again if I get the chance.

We had an excellent experience at Egon's apartment. The apartment is in a calm neighborhood outside the city center, but accessible with a train less than 10 minutes away. It is especially convenient when flying in and from Arlanda Airport. There is an inlet with a park to walk around very close by, which we visited. The main house has a beautiful garden, with cherry trees that were blossoming. About Egon, he was very friendly and reachable since the beginning, his instructions were very helpful .

Peter's penthouse was an absolute dream. The space is beautiful and so spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Also, having a washer and dryer was great for our group, as we were traveling and desperately needed to do laundry. The hot tub was the cherry on top of the stay, and it even snowed while we were there, creating the most magical background. We can't wait to return to Stockholm in the summer months!
