We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Dreamweaver. Lisa was a great hostess and was very quick with responding. The location of the unit is about 4 blocks from Broadway with a safe walking route. The unit is one level up from the pool with the majority or the windows facing the pool and patio. The unit was very spacious and super clean. Both bedrooms have very comfortable beds but are either queen or full size. The water pressure can be a little low at times but I would stay here over and over again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience over all.

This apartment is very centrally located to everything you would want to do in Nashville! It was spacious, clean, and well stocked with essentials (coffee pods, sheets, extra pillows and blankets, paper towels, etc.) The WiFi did not work upon arrival, but we reached out to the host and he immediately gave us an alternate. The amenities in the building were nice too. A great place to stay and we will definitely be back next time we are in Nashville!

Carlos’s listing was perfect! It is conveniently located (10 minute walk to Broadway). It is in a quiet area so you are close enough to the fun but can get away from the loud buzzing of Broadway. Condo was perfect for our stay. Also, Carlos is very responsive and super friendly. He answered any questions we had fast. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Stayed here for a quick shopping trip & absolutely loved it. Robin & his team are professional, kind & very responsive. We stayed in the gate house. The grounds are gorgeous & peaceful. There was a band using the upstairs studio during our stay and you can hear the muffled sound in your area but it was fine. I guess some people might not like that, but we rather enjoyed it. Also, Robin was kind enough to give us a studio tour which was very interesting. We look forward to returning.

The alley you have to drive in to get to the place was a little rough but besides that our stay was perfect. Great place to stay when needing to be close to downtown Nashville while not wanting to deal with the craziness of parking and traffic that we all hate there!

Gathered in Nashville for a girls trip/reunion and Christopher and Brittany’s place was perfect! You can’t beat the location. It was walkable to Broadway, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is well stocked with plenty of towels, bathroom items, dishes, etc. Having 2 sinks was awesome with 4 ladies getting ready. It was clean, which is always super important to me. It’s a pleasant view into the courtyard with pool. The hosts were so responsive and nice and had great local suggestions. Having luggage storage available was really convenient too. Definitely recommend this place!

Elizabeth’s flat was the ideal accommodation for myself and 5 other family members for a 24h stopover in Nashville before heading back to Ireland. Everything went absolutely smoothly, the information provided by Elizabeth was perfect, the location very easily found and within 15min from the heart of the city. We found the flat in perfect condition and it was a pity we couldn’t stay any longer to make use of the pool and hang out on the balcony bathed by the sunset. Beds are all very comfortable and bedrooms really pretty. I’ve already recommended the address to 2 separate people so don’t hesitate to pick it for a great break in the city of music 🎵

Nice neighborhood. Very family oriented, considering it's right down the street from the college. Our dog was safe in the back yard. House was very clean, smelled nice, modern furniture, big bathroom shower and a fully loaded kitchen(all sorts of appliances). Places to eat near by were walking distance and the downtown area was just a hop, skip and a jump away. This home is in a very convenient location. We were very pleased with our stay.

James was very helpful in letting me and my crew have an early check in!! We had gotten rained out and work had been cut short on checkin day. He had the house cleaned and check in ready in under an hour! Great place to stay and a wonderful host! Will definitely stay again!

Highly recommend Matthew’s place! Beautiful area, nice and quiet. Everything we wanted to do in Nashville was close by and it was the perfect centralized location. The home is exactly as pictured and described. Perfect for groups of every size!

We spent four nights at Matthew’s place. It was exactly as described and depicted in his listing. Roomy, comfortable, clean and spacious. Great location - easy drive or Uber to all of Nashville’s neighborhoods. Had amazing coffee and pastries every morning at Badu coffee shop (just around the corner). Matthew is an exceptional host! Extremely friendly and responsive.

Dana and Jonathan are fantastic hosts. From before our stay until after we checked out, they were helpful, communicative, and very responsive to any needs and requests. I am allergic to artificial scents, so they washed the sheets and towels in unscented detergent and removed the air fresheners before we got there. It was much appreciated! The beds are extremely comfortable, as other guests have mentioned, and the living room was a cozy place to snuggle in and watch some TV. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking. We had one small issue while we were there, a noisy neighbor, and the hosts remedied it within the hour (and we did not have the problem again while we were there). Amazing! The backyard was a wonderful place to drink coffee in the mornings and spend some restful time in the afternoons. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Thank you for being such great hosts.

We had an amazing stay at Elijah’s place! Elijah was very responsive and a wonderful host. He made sure we were stocked with all the essentials & answered all of our questions rather quickly! The place was very clean. The decor & karaoke machine was a hit for our bachelorette trip! The location was also very convenient (grocery store/coffee shop within walking distance) Broadway was also a 10 min drive! Thank you so much for making our trip one to remember —I definitely recommend his place & I hope to be back someday!

Perfect stay for our short weekend. Fully loaded with amenities, very nice, spacious and cozy for our family of 5. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to the area.

The place was perfect and is as shown in photos. The latch app works easily and makes check in and out very simple. Hosts are very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The place is centrally located and convenient to anything you’d want to do and very well appointed. Pool was nice with comfortable furniture as was the balcony. 10/10 would stay again!

Midnight train enthusiasts will feel at home! The atmosphere outside is lively, with a bustling sea of homeless individuals adding spice to your stroll downtown. Forget about packing snacks; you’ll have opportunities to test your social skills in this vibrant community! Parking is first come, first serve, and be prepared to pay for it—part of the experience! A smartphone is a must to access the building. On the bright side, the gated community offers security, and guests can enjoy a nice pool and gym area to relax! The house was clean, and Melissa was very responsive. Earplugs are provided to help with the ambiance! If you enjoy late-night train concerts, urban reality, and the thrill of hunting for parking, this spot is perfect for you! Just remember to bring your sense of humor!

From start to finish, Wendy was a wonderful host. Her response time was very fast and she was super clear. The place was gorgeous and a wonderful view! We had trouble with loud guests right above us but the building security was really supportive and helped take care of the rowdy guests. One direction leaving the building was a bit sketchy, a lot of homeless people (during daylight hours), but we always walked with a few of us and nobody ever bothered us. We would definitely come back!!

We had a great stay in Nashville. The place was beautiful and Chris was very responsive. The train didn’t bother us as some of the other reviews said. There was a sound machine and I’m sure that’s why. We did have a bit of trouble getting in at first. I wasn’t familiar with the Latch app but Chris called me via FaceTime and walked me through it. The only parking that was free was street parking. We found it right out front on the first day but then it was harder. There is a mission down the street so walking to the place at night made me a little uncomfortable with the amount of homeless people out there but there were also so many others around that it was completely fine during the day. Just the night made me nervous because we had kids with us. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Chris was a wonderful host.

Allie had an amazing place which looked just like the photos. We were walking distance to broadway and 2 minute walk to the sprocket rocket pedal bike tour (highly recommend). We traveled with a group of 8 girls and there was enough room for all 8 of us comfortably. Allie allowed us access to the amenities early because we arrived prior to check in. Please if you’re hesitant, don’t be! This spot is perfect for small groups. You will not be disappointed

Great location! Coffee shop right up the street! Short walk to Broadway Orlando was wonderful he responded so fast and was extremely helpful! You need a code to get on the elevators and a gated parking garage so it felt very safe The door was difficult to lock from the outside, like when we left the room! But once you figure it out it’s simple! Overall absolutely fabulous! Worth the cost!!!
