Due to family reasons message me for availability. 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, our completely restored 1949 Spartan Mansion is set up above the gardens in a very private, wooded section of No.9 Farms in Ashland City. Situated on over 40 acres, the trailer sits under a pavilion with an amazing outdoor bath house, kitchen, outdoor covered deck and a fire pit. 12 and older. 2 people. 2 NIGHT MINIMUM. You can stay Sunday if you book Saturday :). Just reach out and I will open Sunday.

A secluded hilltop property on 5 acres of trees, an easy 20 minute drive to Nashville. There are great sunsets up here on the hill, a peaceful little dead-end road. The campsite is at corner of my property, tucked just out of sight of my house a couple hundred feet away. The shower in the woods is a real treat :)

The Happy Camper in Nashville's Backyard

The Happy Camper is a 1971 fully restored camper with whimsical styling and all the comforts of home. It is close to the city (20 min. from downtown) but nestled down in a holler in the forest. With a queen bed in the single bedroom, a couch that converts to a double bed in the main living area, and bunk beds tucked into a corner, this is perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends out for the weekend. The deck overlooks a seasonal waterfall and the fire pit is perfect for stargazing.

The kitchen features a sink island facing the door, a fireplace, and blue ambient lighting. This travel trailer has a pantry and queen-size bunks! The couch is close to a large flat-screen TV, and the dining table turns into additional beds.   Parents, enjoy the room separate from the rest with mirrors, closet space,  and an upgraded queen-size bed with memory foam.
