Roomy with floor to ceiling windows. Exc. location for river and bridge views and walks. Recommended restaurants were spot on.

We had visited “the creek” previously and have returned because the setting is so calm and peaceful and the apt is so cozy and comfortable. Kristy is quick to respond and very accommodating with any requests. The deck is wonderful although the winter weather made it a bit chilly to sit out. We did walk along the creek both mornings as it was sunny but brisk. This tranquil spot is very close to our son so we hope to return.

Angel's place is fantastic, especially if you have a short term assignment at the Capitol etc. I had only just moved to the area and used it as a home base while I looked for a permanent place. It's very thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for an extended stay - laundry detergent, ziplock bags, paper towels, sponges. There is a good sized closet with some hangers, and a full length mirror. The bed is comfortable. As some others mentioned, it can be a bit loud from the traffic outside, maybe fine for some but something to consider if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper. If you need extremely reliable high speed internet for a work from home situation, the internet might not be stable enough. I found it was fine for most things but struggled with some video connection.

We loved our stay in Harrisburg and would definitely return. Danielle's little apartment was convenient and cute, perfect for our needs.

My husband, sister and I stayed at Cory's place last weekend. We were in Harrisburg for our 4-month old granddaughter's baptism. It was our first time visiting Harrisburg but won't be our last! We loved the apartment and it had everything we needed for the few days we were in town. The location was wonderful, close to the river, and downtown, all a short walk! Cory provided restaurant suggestions, which was welcome! As luck would have it, I had the chance to meet Cory and talked with him about his other rentals. He invited me in to see one of the other rentals in the same location, which as lovely as where we stayed. Cory's messages were always friendly and nice. He's the same in person! We will definitely be back and I will be contacting Cory when we visit! Highly recommend Cory's Airbnb to anyone visiting Harrisburg!

Loved the apartment it’s very cozy and comfortable everything is walking distance and the best part it’s very close to the hospital.

Very clean and nice, and host was very quick with responding to any questions, pictures don’t do it justice, it’s much nicer in person, I will definitely be looking forward to staying at this location again.

We absolutely loved this house and the super peaceful yard and creekside. Great location 10 minutes from downtown state college. Such a cozy beautiful farmhouse. We can’t wait to book this place again!!

This was the second time we stayed at this house for a family gathering. As it was 2 years ago, this was a great place to enjoy a winter weekend. The house is easy to get to, very clean, with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was easy to get around, and the fire pit outside near the lake was great for us. All in all, a 5 out of 5 for all of us, and we'll definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a family getaway. Our kids especially loved all the toys, and the beautiful yard gave them plenty of space to play and explore. The beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the convenience of having a pack and play and high chair available. Would absolutely stay again—thank you for a great experience!

Amazing stay. Debbie and Bob were proactive, thoughtful, and extremely communicative. A day or so before our trip, they recommended a 4-wheel drive vehicle due to snowy conditions. We are so glad we heeded their advice (they even offered to extend our check out to ensure the roads were safe as we prepared to leave). Overall, the home exceeded our expectations: tastefully decorated, spacious (yet cozy) and immaculately clean. It sits back from the main road- just a short drive through a winding wooded lot. And the snow (for me) felt like magic! Absolutely beautiful and serene!

We had a great stay at The Senate! Clean, spacious, with a beautiful riverfront view. Nicely decorated, we felt very comfortable there. Audra was very responsive to any questions we had, even prior to booking. We were visiting a Harrisburg relative so didn’t take advantage of neighborhood, and weather was very windy, but we wouldn’t hesitate to book The Senate in a future visit.

Very easy check in. House was lovely,clean, and inviting. Parking can be difficult, but neighborhood very walkable. Easy walk to bakery, bars, and food. Lovely back patio to sit out with the nice weather. Kitchen had most amenities needed for at home dinners. Loved the proximity to Hershey and Lancaster, easy day trips. Would definitely stay again!

Jeff was compassionate with the reasons we needed to stay in Harrisburg last minute. He was accommodating to my check in and check out times due to my situation. He made sure the house was warm (mid winter) with the lights on. The gorgeous high class decor was appreciated as well.
