Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Historic Napier Home

Escape to your home away from home in this cozy historic Napier home built in the 1920’s. Experience the charm of a character home with convenience of the modernised kitchen and bathroom. With both gas fires and a heat pump you will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There are 3 bedrooms with separate kitchen, lounge and a snug. The sunny back yard is fully fenced. The full bathroom has the shower over a bath, and there is an additional toilet off the laundry.

River Cottage - set in Native Garden

Escape to our beautifully presented cottage, tucked away in a peaceful native garden that you'll share with the main house. You'll have your own private outdoor area to unwind in, complete with a BBQ and chiminea to create the perfect atmosphere for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Close to cycle trails leading to stunning scenery and local wineries. Short walk to river/beach. Stroll down to our local pub, restaurant or cafe. Cottage is not suitable for children.

Tawai Lodge - country living only 2km from Hastings town centre. Havelock North - 6km/5minute drive, Napier - 20km/20minute drive. Close to wineries, restaurants/dining, supermarket, family-friendly activities, and the race course. Our place is very spacious inside and out so lots of space for guests. Surrounded my trees it is very peaceful. We have a big swimming pool, bbq and outdoor eating area, comfy beds, orchard and electric bikes.
