Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

As natural light pours through tall windows and skylights, the Gwyneth is the perfect space for an intimate Nashville getaway with a girlfriend or partner, or an inspirational solo retreat. For both safety and cleanliness reasons, the space is not considered suitable for pets or children.

Our home is within half a mile of the original and famous Slim & Husky's Pizza, less than 5 minute ride to Germantown, about 10 min to Broadway and the Gulch, and 15 minutes from the airport. The Buchanan Suite is located in a transitioning, urban neighborhood and is not the most walking friendly yet, but is changing daily.

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance.
