We provide organic coffee. There is a detached bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. This gorgeous place is located in Springfield, TN which is 30ish minutes from Nashville. Springfield is a short five minute drive away. Local restaurants, shopping and entertainment are all conveniently located.

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Hi there! We don't have an official motto, but if we did it would be "look for ways to say yes". Please contact us with questions. We have a three day minimum. But we will do our best to accommodate shorter stays. Also, we limited guests to two...mainly because the pull out sofa is not a great sleeping experience. The listing is for the second floor of a three story home; all pictures and rooms listed are included in that space. This centrally located home(20 minutes to downtown/broadway and 15 to the airport) is in a deep water cove on Old Hickory Lake. We allow up to two pets under 40lbs each for a one time $189 pet fee.
