Built in 1929 as the garage for "Lakefalls Lodge, it's been completed renovated into a luxurious, cozy home with modern amenities. Guests rave about "views of the snowy pond while you’re warm inside" from heated floors and a wood burning stove with free firewood. Spikes provided for wonderful winter walks.

Welcome to our off-the-grid "Glamp Camp" at Sweetwater Farm! Tucked away on the back of our 40 acre farm, this one-room cabin sleeps 2 people comfortably. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & an outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing) just steps away & enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

Your temporary home at the foot of the Lakes Region and amongst many ski areas is an hour from the White Mountains, Boston, and New Hampshire’s beautiful seacoast. There are endless places to explore within a short driving distance, no matter the season. The cottage has its own entrance and parking across a large garden from our home. The space is perfect for reconnecting with nature. Amenities: Elec. WIFI, Compost toilet, Woodstove (I supply firewood), Fridge. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.

The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!
