Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

What a terrific location and awesome property! We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and will definitely be back in the future. The space is just as described and even more charming in person. The location - above and overlooking the center of town (and a great coffee shop) - makes this property one of a kind. Water Valley is well-suited for no-stress, aimless meanderings through awesome local stores, eateries, and shops. It is also convenient to everything Oxford has to offer. Kagan is on our very short list of top hosts. He is the perfect mix of responsiveness, if needed, and hands-off, relaxed guest service.

The place was great! it is centrally located to restaurants and things to do. our place was on the back of the restaurant below, so the noise was no concern. pretty sure we were above the kitchen as the smell of the cooking and food lingered. it wasn't a issue for us though. the place is old. as mentioned. so therefore you do hear a lot of outside noises as well as any other guests in other rooms as well as above you. the area was clean, no concerns with that. the mattress is a little on the firm side , but that is no worry to me. I enjoyed our stay and appreciate tims recommendations on restaurants.

Transitioning to Memphis from ga for work this is a great place to stay for a week or maybe even extended periods of time quiet neighborhood and rarely ran into other guest it’s an old building expect the old house noises but all in all will definitely be booking again in the future

The home was tidy and spacious! We especially enjoyed the patio in the back yard, although wasps were present during the day, likely due to the spring weather. We communicated about damaged blinds upon arrival, but Kim replied almost immediately, which was much appreciated!

Great location, minutes away from campus and the square. We chose the location because it was close to my daughter’s apartment. Very comfortable beds, plenty of space.

We had a great stay while visiting Memphis. Rachel was very communicative. We really appreciated the extra amenities like laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner. We were a little nervous about the location at first, but after settling in, it felt very like at home and safe.

The home was super clean and very pet friendly. A great fenced yard for the dogs. Beds and linens were very comfy and the house had plenty of space for humans and dogs to be very comfortable. Super convenient to outstanding restaurants and the cute Oxford Square. Will definitely stay again when we visit next time.

I traveled alone to Memphis with my two dogs, so I wanted to make sure I was in a decent neighborhood. Theresa and Russ assured me that this was safe, and I also confirmed the neighborhood with someone in the trip advisor forum. I’m so glad I stayed here! First of all, the place is just cute as it can be and so tastefully decorated. Everything was carefully arranged, well thought out and clean. And the back yard was so wonderful for both the dogs and I. They loved chasing the squirrels and birds and I loved the Edison bulb patio lights and patio. The yard was large and fenced in. The hiuse was just a few blocks from Overton park/the zoo/college of art/Memphis museum of art, also Overton Square and Coopers Young area for dining. It was also only about five miles to downtown. Finally, Theresa and Russ were so kind and left hostess gifts for my dogs and I. The dog scarves are a keepsake. They gave recommendations on where we could dine together and were patient in answering my questi

We were in town for a wedding at Plein Air and the Taylor Inn was perfect for our party of eight. It was especially nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Paige even left firewood for the back porch fire place. Only regret was we didn’t have enough time to just relax and enjoy the house.

Very clean, quiet and roomy space. Spent two nights, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great, right next to the National Civil Rights Museum. Christopher was very responsive, and provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was large and spacious. It had virtually everything we needed although as Europeans a kettle would have been nice. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was tastefully decorated. We heard footsteps in the upstairs apartment both mornings, and although it didn't bother us, the soundproofing wasn't great. The location is easily walkable to Beale Street and there are lovely restaurants within a stone's throw of the place. We would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone looking for a central Memphis location.

My family and I loved our time together at Brooke’s place! Brooke communicated great when poor weather was heading to oxford. We loved the trails behind the condo!

Nikki’s place was perfect for what we need and price reasonably the only thing you need to know is if you order Uber be more specific and take a picture of the door in the carport so they don’t take it to someone else

Steve was a great host. The condo was fabulous. Oxford is always expensive on parents weekend, especially if you wait to the last minute to book like I did so I knew I would overpay regardless where I went. Condo right on the square so location is perfect for shopping, dining, and anything to the square. It is also in the square so it is close to action, bars, and fun which sometimes adds louder volumes. If you want to be very close to the action and music and fun, this is the place for you! It is super clean, very nice, and a great location.

Great location, clean and comfortable, and very accommodating to weather issues we were experiencing that delayed our trip. Highly recommend Mallory and Tripp's Memphis condo!

The location of the place was perfect for our trip. We could walk to many nearby attractions or take a short drive. Jason was easy to work with and kept us in the loop.
