This is a basement apartment with a private keyless entry. Workout equipment, pool table, kitchenette and a theater room are all private and for your use! Hot tub is in the backyard, it is always heated and available to be used at any time during your stay. We do ask for a heads up when you want to use it so that we can open it up and ensure you have privacy.
