Really comfortable apartment in a fabulous and quiet location. Easy walk to high street with a great variety of bars cafes restaurants and shops. Easy walk to the promenade with stunning views over the estuary. Ideally placed for Fairhaven golf club - the reason for our visit. Was really taken with Lytham - lovely feel and thanks to David for a very well equipped apartment

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

really lovely place to stay in the Lake District. The accommodation is modern, clean and reasonably spacious (it can sleep 5 but dining table is small and can only fit 4). But the bedrooms are nice with super comfortable beds, and both bathrooms are right next to each bedroom, which is really handy . The kitchen is well equipped with a washer/dryer too which we didn't use but great to know it's there for the future. Only improvements I could suggest is to include a coffee machine ( which every Airbnb property we've stayed at has had and are cheap but great for guests who enjoy a decent coffee in the morning), and for the TV to have terrestrial channels. It was a smart TV so it was great being able to connect our Netflix account to, but this and catch-up was all that was available. These are minor points as neither would stop us returning. Louise and team were very responsive to our queries which was great. We'll definitely return soon and can recommend this place.

Spacious, great amenities, close to the Wintergarden and beach. clean and quiet. There are steep steps to get inside and the shoer/tub is high. Not a problem for us but would be if you have mobility issues.

This was a repeat visit. The accomodation is very homely. Kitchen is well equipped and nice little touches like tea, coffee and milk were provided. Buses are reliable, for a small village the local shops etc are very good. The only thing missing was the Fleetwood ferry, not running this time of year. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend to others.

Apartment was superb. 2 lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice kitchen and living area. Air con was a nice touch. Nice gestures of milk, crumpets, tea, coffee etc available on arrival. The only issues I had were the following. The surrounding streets of the flats are starting to look a bit run down. Similar to alot of town centres so it’s nothing personal. Being that close to town is also a positive to this Airbnb. Car parking was a little bit of fun and games. You get a dedicated parking spot but most days there was someone else in it! Although the owners arranged for me to park in another bay almost instantly each time so it wasn’t too stressful. Plus this wasn’t the owners fault. The bay is clearly marked and private but some people just don’t care I guess. And finally the lift wasn’t working so having to walk 4 flights of stairs each time was painful. Although again this wasn’t the owners fault. Hence why I have given 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again if I was working local.

This house was more than a house it was a home to enjoy your break or holiday in. And that was the stand out difference with this property. It felt homely and clean with all your needs catered for plus it introduce us to St. Annes by the Sea with its beaches and facilities without losing its quaint seaside feel. This house had wonderful views of the park to the rear and easy access to shops, restaurants and golden sands. We are not a great family for returning to the same places, but on the way home the question was asked if we would go back and we all said "yes"

Really good place to stay in central Blackpool, 10 minutes walk to the Winter Gardens. Large property with 2 bedrooms upstairs and bathroom, kitchen with table/chairs and living rooms downstairs. Comfortable sofas and beds. Very clean. Nigel was great. Got in touch before our stay and told us exactly when we'd get the key code and with helpful information throughout. Would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful house. It was so quiet despite walking distance to Blackpool tower. Everything you would need and more. Large and spacious house. Lovely and clean throughout. The only small detail that could be improved would be to add more plates and dishes. Otherwise perfect. In fact one person in our group is looking to book it again for another holiday. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

Fabulous house, huge bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable lounge. Beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay. Easy to find parking on the street outside. Country walks from the town, or short drives to the Tolkien Trail which is a fantastic 3 hour walk with a pub at the start and end. Highly recommended.

Lovely little spot not far from beach and town centre with local spots to eat and drink nearby and great access for walking in the lakes Lovely accommodation with lovely huge bed, rainfall shower and the hot-tub was lovely Andrew always replied quickly and was very helpful

We booked this house as my Son will be starting work with BAE. We could not believe how close it was to BAE. The house was spotless and on a great link to the bus to Preston, just over the road. Morrisons shop, again 3 minutes walk away. There is a Pub next door but unfortunately was going through a refurbishment so we didn’t get to try the food etc. The garden was well kept as well. The only observation I can make is, it could do with bigger bath towels which on the whole was not the end of the world to us. Over all a great little house. We were very pleased with it.

Great location and wonderful view of the sea. Had a great walk to Heysham, which has a lovely welcoming pub. Large flat, big beds. Lots of space.

Great family stay! We loved everything super clean & the host was lovely and responsive to anything we needed will definitely visit again xx

The Hideaway was a beautiful, peaceful and perfect setting for us to celebrate our anniversary, made all the more special by Fiona’s very warm welcome, outstanding hospitality and helpfulness, providing guests with everything you might need. One of the comfiest and largest beds we’ve ever slept in; lovely bathroom and well equipped kitchen; all very clean and with many thoughtful touches throughout. Huge bonus to have many perfect spots to sit and relax in the garden and absolutely love the ‘hot chocolate hut’! Great walks from the doorstep, super path to Kirkby Lonsdale and loads of places to visit and eat. Thanks Fiona for a really lovely weekend and a beautiful and very generous welcome basket - we look forward to returning as a weekend was far too short to enjoy the area and the Hideaway!

My wife and I found the st Anne's beach apartments a welcome surprise during an extremely wet June. It's located right on the promenade, within easy walking distance of St Anne's. The ground floor unit we stayed in was bright and spacious plus well furnished and clean. Our host left us with a bottle of wine, and some delicious treats (we loved the cake) Well worth a stay, thank you Stuart!

We were only staying for one night to attend a family celebration. Communication with Roy was easy from the start. The property was great for a mixed group of 6 adults, 1 nine months old baby and a dog. It was warm, clean and roomy. Thank you very much.

We had a great stay in the apartment. Just what we hoped for and just as described. Just note that the water is from a tank and so does run out. this is a small matter and the place was just great 😄

Great location with a lovely sea view. perfect home from home for a couple. Beautifully designed space with everything you could need for a great stay plus a few nice extras you didn't even realise you might want. Rob is a proactive host, always one step ahead with helpful information and instructions. Highly recommend and worth every penny.
