We live in historic downtown Hickory. You will have your own private space located in the back of our home. It is a studio with a kitchenette. No stove/oven and only a beverage fridge. Adjoining your studio is an un air conditioned game room with pool table/ping pong and workout equipment. We have an outdoor shared space with a grill and fireplace. We also have a super cute golden doodle named Louis, who might be inside the fenced area. Please keep all fence gates locked.

PARTY POLICY: Any violations of our house rules such as: Excessive Noise, Smoking, Extra Guests, After-hours pool, hallway loitering, large gatherings, and camera tampering will lead to a fine of $300, cancellation of your reservation and your removal from the property.
