This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.

This place is spectacular in every way. The layout offers ocean views from Every room. You can hear the waves and see the sunrise from the rooftop deck. Livingroom and dining room. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is sparkling clean. The location is superb- you can walk the boardwalk to amazing ethnic restaurants, Coffee shops, even an outdoor performance pavilion. Most of all wilson and Veronica could not have been more accommodating. This is my second stay (we are a group of 6 … we will return and are looking forward to it already

Joseph is a great host and is always responsive to my request. The check-in process is super easy and the place is exactly as described in the photo and the description. The location is quite, peaceful, easy to find, and there are planety of good restaurants around that area. View as it is on an island is also pretty good! Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family. It’s only 20 minutes from the ferry if you’re planning to go to New York. The location is surrounded by all the stores you could possibly need. The yard is enormous, which was a pleasant surprise. Although it’s too cold to go swimming, the beach is within walking distance.

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

I had an amazing stay at this house in Brooklyn! The place was incredibly clean and nice, and I truly enjoyed every moment of being there. I booked a last-minute trip, and the host made sure everything was ready for me. Thank you so much for providing such an exceptional place to stay during my time in New York. Highly recommend!
