Comfortable home in a GORGEOUS spot! This was our first visit to the finger lakes, and Jess’s spot was perfect. We loved sitting on the dock and taking in the views. Plenty of space, and really comfortable- especially with so many outdoor sitting areas. It was a perfect place!

We had a great time a Merry's place. Beautiful, old house, but very well kept. We walked into Geneva several times ; less than a mile walk. Hot tub was great, as was the propane fireplace. Just so comfortable and welcoming. We really loved the old house, and Merry was super accommodating. Great visit!!

We very much enjoyed our stay and the home. Meg was very responsive and helped us with any questions or needs we had during our stay. The house is just as advertised, clean, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Two minor issues: bed pillows were thin and hot tub is on the small side for 4 average sized adults. View was exceptional, neighboring houses are not visible from property, so very private. Great place to stay, within 15-20 minutes driving distance to many wineries, distilleries and all the Finger Lakes have to offer. We had a lovely time!

We really enjoyed our time at the Peppermint Cottage. It was freezing cold and snowy when we got there and it made us feel instantly warm and cosy when we walked in and a fire was already going in that beautiful fireplace! It was a quiet and peaceful location, and we enjoyed a quiet nights rest. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

What a beautiful, relaxing home. i needed a place to relax after a long day of volunteering and this was beyond my expectations.

This is the 8th year that we’ve stayed at this location. We love it and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay. Side note, you cannot sign into the TV so we bring an iPad, a connector and a HDMI cord to enjoy watching movies etc with any of our subscriptions. This is one of our very favorite locations as it’s so peaceful yet not super far from several locations throughout the finger lakes.

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is our favorite, we come to Rochester twice a year for family gatherings, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if Ambers house is not available on our dates. Amber is a fabulous host, communicative from start to finish.

Ben’s place was cozy and the location was spectacular. While the pictures and description are nice they don’t do it justice. It’s even better in person. This is on the list of places to return.

This cabin in the woods was just what my boyfriend and I needed for our weekend getaway. Even with the snow it was tranquil and serene, the fireplace kept us warm all night and the kitchen was the perfect spot for us to make our dinner for the 2 nights we were there. Felicia and her co-hosts were super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed- we will definitely be back! Thank you again!

Beautiful fall getaway. I could not ask for better lakefront views. The cottage is just like the pictures and has all the amenities. Robert had great local recommendations and brought us homemade cookies. We are looking forward to returning again in the future.

This is a cozy, comfortable house. A quiet neighborhood but close to things to do in Rochester. Trina is a great host. I would stay here again.

Our son graduated from a college that was about 30 minutes away, so this was the perfect place to stay. It is centrally located between the school and Letchworth State Park, so we were able to enjoy the area while there. Maribeth was very responsive with any questions we had and gave us great recommendations for dining (we went to the Sierra Inn right around the corner and also went to the Glen Iris Inn in Letchwood State Park). Food was equally good at both. We couldn't be happier with the accommodations. The 2 main bedrooms are on the ground floor and each has a king size bed, then the middle floor has a large open living room/kitchen area. Then right above that is the loft area with a double bed and 2 twins, which was perfect for our 3 adult teens. Very clean, cozy and if we are ever in the area again we would love to stay here. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The cabin was beautiful. The view is spectacular and it is quiet and serene. The sky was clear and the stars were amazing at night. Highly recommend

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

My best friend and I had a wonderful stay at Todd's place. It was very peaceful, close to many wineries, and the communication from Todd was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. ps, the bed is the most comfortable AirBnb bed I have slept in.

This was a wonderful lake view location with beautiful surroundings and great space for indoor and outdoor activities. It was a short drive to town, close to local wineries and tucked away from noise and traffic. Perfect getaway spot!

We recently stayed at this rental and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our family to spread out, and we never felt cramped. This house is spacious, family friendly, in a beautiful neighborhood. It is well stocked with everything you need. We appreciated Tristan 's flexibility in meeting our needs. He responded quickly to questions. I highly recommend booking this home.

We had a fun and relaxing week here. The location is great, with a lot of restaurants, museums and galleries within walking distance. I was working some days and there is a cozy desk spot set up that made that easy. We also cooked a good bit, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Karen was the perfect host. She provided a peaceful, clean, & comfortable respite for my busy weekend. Would stay with her again!
