Our renovated condo is located in Granby, CO—just a 10-minute drive to Lake Granby for premium fishing, boating, and paddleboarding, a 20-minute drive to historic Grand Lake and nearby RMNP, where wildlife and outdoor recreation abound, and a 20-minute drive from Winter Park. Enjoy a smaller ski hill nearby, Granby Ranch, and the Fraser-Granby Trail is just steps away (open seasonally). Relax and enjoy our cozy updated mountain condo in the heart of the Rockies! Perfect for year-round adventure—ski, snowshoe, hike, bike, fish, boat, and explore all that Granby has to offer. Just 20 min to Winter Park, 20 min to Grand Lake, and 5 min to downtown Granby! Our private 615 sq. ft. unit sleeps 4 with two queen beds in the open loft. Unwind on the private balcony or enjoy shared amenities: 2 indoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and outdoor heated pool.

That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

Ideal for couples, friends or small families seeking private, quiet, low key getaway close to mountains, Colorado river and lakes. Unique custom home originally built in the 1930's. Professionally redesigned, rebuilt and remodeled in 2016-18. Gas fireplace with remote thermostat, realistic logs. Rustic solid wood doors, trim, cabinets, ceiling, floors and furniture.

This 2nd floor studio is located at the Inn at Silvercreek in Granby Ranch. It is 495 sq ft. Inside the studio has been updated and is stylish and cozy. The resort offers many amenities including pool, hot tubs, an arcade, a gym and even a barber shop. The location is about 5 min from the Granby Ski area, 20 min to Grand Lake and 30 min to either RMNP or Winter Park. There is a free “Lift” shuttle to Winter Park during the ski season.

Cozy Studio~Mtn Views~Salt Water Pool & Hot-Tubs

Must be 21 or over, No Smoking, No Pets Resort was built in 1982, the common areas reflect that. Disinfecting professional housekeeping service. WalkOut Studio (one room) w/patio, Pond, fountain and Mtn views, 495 sq ft, fireplace, full kitchen, full bath, 55 inch FS TV, WiFi, and cable. Resort offering many amenities. Queen Murphy Bed and Queen Sofa Bed. Heated pool, hot tubs, Sauna, fitness center, RB, and tennis courts.

Cozy 1 bedroom Granby Ranch condo

Welcome to our Granby Ranch condo! Great access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and golf. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the base of the ski mountain (small fee required)as well as a free tub in our complex. Unit has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. FYI-I don’t accept any reservation requests without confirming the cleaning arrangements first. Our STR permit # is 006840.
