We had a great long term stay at Jennifers. The place was comfortable and the hosts were responsive and friendly. The location is great for traveling the surrounding areas.

Polly’s place was perfect and exactly what I needed for a quick stay in the area with my dog. Everything was clean and the home was adorable. Polly was very communicative and available but truthfully, I didn’t need to ask her much as she had already provided everything I needed to know! I would definitely stay again if I find myself in the area.

We had such a great weekend stay. It was clean, decorated beautifully, and actually larger in-person than the pictures made it look which was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We love staying here for the horse shows at WEC!! It a terrific place to relax and unwind after a horse show day! House is spacious, back yard is terrific. We just completed our second stay and have already booked again for our third.

Matt and Keri are very responsive and helpful. The house is nicely appointed. The beds are indeed very comfortable and I slept better than at home! We had some crazy weather and we barely heard it! The cleaners are top notch! As a fellow Airbnb cleaner I appreciated the vacuum lines and the immaculate clean! Wonderful! I will admit I was concerned about the neighborhood when we drove in. You can tell it is an older neighborhood that needs some love. But by day 2 we were comfortable enough to walk to the coffee shop. The house is nicely renovated with a huge main bathroom upstairs. Thank you for having us!

Ty & Jess were the absolute best hosts we have ever had! The house was beyond amazing! It was a cute little home, perfect for our family while visiting the Dayton area. Ty & Jess make sure you have ANY & EVERYTHING you might need during your stay. Don’t waste your time looking for any other homes, book this one NOW! I know I will be booking again if I’m in the Dayton area in the future!

Maria’s house was a great place to stay and felt very safe! We enjoyed the arcade games and the large couch for us all to relax on after a long day of walking. The only downside is the carpets are worn so you have to be careful when walking on the carpet transitions because the carpet tack strips are starting to come through and several of us stepped on the carpet tacks. Otherwise was a wonderful stay, great neighborhood, and comfortable house with everything you would need! Would stay here again!

Eric and his team were wonderful hosts! The home was just like the photos and comfortable for our family of four as well as our fur babies. Eric was responsive anytime we needed something. Highly recommend!

Such a cute and homelike rental. It had everything I needed. The kitchen is gorgeous and the bed is so comfy. Michael was responsive when I had a question. Great place and I already have it rented again later in the year!

From the beginning, Thea communicated often with me with updates and essential information. She was very helpful. She was available for questions. She lives in the same building, so it was nice to meet her. She grew up in Yellow Springs and knows the community well. She has lovely gardens around her home. It is very close to everything. Her home is clean and well kept. The kitchen was great with all necessary items for preparing and storing food. There is a very nice porch, too. I'm happy I had a chance to visit Yellow Springs.

We were visiting family in Cedarville and Grace's apartment met our needs perfectly. It was such a convenient location, and a lovely place to stay. Grace was extremely accommodating with our schedule, and we are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

Tara's place was quiet & comfy! The space is large which we didn't expect, but we enjoyed the space! The bed was super comfy!! The kitchen table was set which was a very nice touch! When we visit family again & if her space is available, we will be happy to stay here again!

April is a warm and welcoming host and a great communicator. This unit was also very nice. It is comfortable, well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for my wife, daughter, and me over a weekend swim meet in Mason, about 20 minutes away. I highly recommend April's place if you're visiting the Lebanon/Mason area. It would be great for King's Island.

This was my second time staying at Paul's place, and I will definitely stay again. He is friendly and proactive about sending instructions. The space is cozy, and the beds are comfortable. I love the quiet neighborhood, and peaceful residential street. It's great to spend the day in Yellow Springs, and then head there to relax. Definitely recommend.

The place was clean and spacious which was just what we needed! We didn’t spend much time there but it was the perfect place to land!

My mom and I stayed here while attending a competition at the WEC. This place was super cute and super clean! Trish was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if showing at the WEC again.

My wife is very particular with cleanliness and comfort. She was very pleased with the house and was surprised that she said she will stay here again. This home was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Host was very accomodating and very responsive. Will be back for sure!

This is the second time we have rented from Heath and Trish and once again we have nothing but great things to say about them. We will continue to use them and recommend them to our friends travelling to the Wilmington area.

Once again lovely stay at the Tranquility. Location is wonderful and close to restaurants and WEC! Bed is so comfortable and much needed after a long day at the horse show. Communication was phenomenal and the place was so clean when we arrived. We had the best stay!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Convenient location to Cincinnati & Hamilton, OH in a nice neighborhood with several restaurants in walking distance. Comfortable bed & really clean place. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience overall. Everything was very clean and felt very welcoming from the moment we pulled up and entered the home. Would stay again.
