The space is an isolated 500 sqft section of our home with only one entrance located outside by the driveway. Perfect for privacy and allows for you to come and go as you please The bathroom is accessed only from the bedroom. Most accommodating for 2 adults and up to 2 small children. Extra parking available for buses, recreational vehicles, trailers or extra vehicles.

Copper Rock championship golf course is across the street. Zion NP is 27 miles away. Secure safe parking. No pets or dogs. Please note: the studio is not ADA equipped.

Close to Zion Park, our GUEST'S REVIEWS tell our story best. We have a beautiful 1,250 sq foot suite that features a PRIVATE HOT TUB as well as a private entrance, patio & lawn area with waterfall. This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.
