很棒的居住体验，房东还为我们准备了零食和饮料，令我们非常惊喜，床铺睡的也很舒服，各种生活用品应有尽有，准备的很充分，美中不足的就是卫生间的马桶有点普通，下次如果还有机会去东京旅行的话还会去这里住。

Le logement est très facile à trouver et au calme. Yuko nous a donné de nombreuses instructions avant notre arrivée notamment pour le trajet. Elle nous a aussi donné des conseils tout au long de notre séjour ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé. L'appartement était finalement plus spacieux que ce que l'on voit sur les photos avec deux vrais chambres séparées. La présence d'une machine à laver qui fait aussi sèche-linge a été une très belle surprise et nous a bien facilité. La gare est à 10 min à pied, il y a un super restaurant thailandais au bout de la rue ainsi qu'un supermarché où nous avons pu faire des courses. Encore merci pour ce super séjour à Tokyo.

Good location to stay with a family. Easy access to train line. Peaceful area with lots of nice small restaurants. The host is responsive and very helpful with recommendations and assistance during check-in. Helen is a friendly and helpful agent and made us feel right at home. 🐻

急に決まった宿泊だったため、人数に変動がありましたが、金額が一定で決まっていたため使いやすかったです。 全てがダブルベッドだった＆宿泊者が集まるのがバラバラだったので布団が借りれると助かるかもしれない、と男性からの話もありましたが、特に不自由なく利用できました。 4Fであることは特に気になりませんでしたが、階段が狭いため2Fのお店のお客様とすれ違いに迷惑をかけてしまったかな、と思います。 イベント時、人数多く・雑魚寝出来る場所がとても助かるのでまた利用させてもらいます。 お世話になりました。

This apartment fitted perfectly for our family of 4 holiday in Tokyo. It was very spacious (compared to tiny hotel rooms we have stayed in Tokyo before), clean and comfortable. The amenities like TV and mini Nintendo console were great to keep our kids occupied at the start/end of each day. Located literally 2 floors above a mini supermarket meant buying food and drinks was really easy. Access to most tourist spots was about 45-60mins via train, with the local station only about 2min walk from the apartment.

This was my partner and I’s first time visiting Tokyo and we are so happy that we chose to stay at Yuka & Han’s listing. Check in was seamless and we were greeted with a very warm welcome. The hosts also gave us great tips on traveling around Tokyo, places to visit and great places to dine at. The neighborhood is perfect with wonderful stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Everyone was so kind. The listing was clean, pristine and homey. Yuka & Han made this experience wonderful and memorable. When we had trouble calling a taxi to go back to the airport, Yuka & Han called one for us with no problem. We fully recommend booking a stay with Yuka & Han!!

とても清潔な家で、必要な設備は全て揃っていました。ドリップコーヒーとコーヒーマシーンまで揃っており、言うことなしです。 周りには日本らしい牧歌的な風景が広がり、とてもリラックスした環境の中で滞在を楽しむ事が出来ました。 設備内の案内には丁寧な英語表記があるので、海外からの旅行者にもお薦めです。

ハイシーズンではあったが、4 人 で 78,000 円/泊 は、やはり高いなぁという印象は拭えなかった。 しかし、素晴らしいロケーション、過ごしやすい家であることには、変わりありません。

Spotless clean and perfect for a base for tokyo trip. A little bit out of town but the price is unbeatable. Could a bit of walk to the train station, we had no problem walking with a baby stroller. Alternatively could get a taxi to the station for only 700-1000 yen. A cheap supermarket nearby and a good kitchen means you will never run out of good meals. Futon beds are perfect for pre school kids. The beds on the second bedroom are somewhat dated comparing to the main bedroom. The curtain of the main bedroom is not very thick so you will get a lot of light from morning. Did not bother us but be aware to sleep in the second bedtime if you are sensitive to light on your sleep, it can be fully dark. The host is very nice, they live upstairs and can response to questions quickly and always willing to help. Would definitely stay here again of we come back to tokyo.

Amazing larger home for groups in Tokyo, so close to so many great spots from the train station just a couple minutes walk from the front door. The host is exceptional, super responsive and extremely accommodating. Can't wait to stay here again!

A wonderful host that not only picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the accommodation but also took us to the local restaurant that was recommended. The house was clean with everything you need including USB chargers, bottled water, and all the items that makes for a wonderful stay. Our host also picked us up and took us back to the train station at the end of our stay! Highly recommended to everyone

屋子很干净 位置离最近的地铁站步行大概700m左右还算方便 不足是洗澡的地方有点小真的有点小 总体来说还不错

Ce logement est parfait pour être dans un endroit tranquille tout en restant proche du centre de Tokyo. Il y a le métro à 5 minutes à pied, des petites commerces alentours si besoin. Le logement est fonctionnel et propre. L'hôte est réactif et à disposition à tout moment pour toute question. Je recommande!

Great hostel ! Everything is very tidy, the kitchen is convenient and the host is very kind :) It is obviously a bit far from Tokyo, but you can ride the subway easily to get everywhere. Also we really enjoyed the cute and peaceful neighborhood ! We recommend trying the mochis/daifuku and other rice specialties from the little shop next door 😉

This place feels like home that we didn't want to go out after arriving. It is clean, very spacious, has complete amenities, super comfortable beddings, and has clear instructions for every electronic device in the house. The nearest station is Warabi, which is about 850m walking, and it is 2 stations away from Akabane where you can connect to all major stations in Tokyo. Recommended to have a good rest after a tiring day. Thank you Wallaby House!

My wife & I stayed in the queen bedroom on the third floor. We knew from reviews that the place was small, so we weren't surprised by the size. Still, it was a perfect size for us to unload our suitcases, to cook small meals, store three weeks worth of purchases, and of course get a good night sleep. The host was extremely helpful and kind, having solutions to every issue we had. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back. We really grew to enjoy our walks to & from the station. A couple small tips for future guests: It took us a couple days to realize that there were drawers under the bed. Make sure you start your laundry early in the day so that it has time to dry on the clothes lines.
