There is a large hall space between the apartment and house, ensuring privacy. Private setting near URI and minutes to local restaurants, entertainment, beaches, breweries and much more. Under 5 miles to Amtrak, stores and restaurants; less than 10 miles to beautiful beaches.

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Nestled directly on the exclusive Indian Lake, you have direct access to the lake for fishing, swimming, kyaking and and anything else you desire. Excellent place for families and couples alike.
