The Loft is a three bedroom apartment renovated from the barn's original hayloft, with hand-detailed, reclaimed decor and a stunning view of our farm/orchard. We offer a complimentary bottle of cider and two vouchers for cider flights with every stay.

Welcome to your GEM by the Lake! This inviting space has everything you will need for a quiet get away. The backyard borders a scenic waterfront park and is a 3 minute stroll to the lake, marina, swimming area , playground and walking trails. Perfectly situated to provide a peaceful base to explore downtown Ithaca, campus ( 15 mins) and all the Finger Lakes have to offer. A new platform sofa bed provides a comfortable 2nd sleeping area. Kingtown Manor Haus

Kingtown Manor Haus is located in the country close to Cornell, IC and the Finger Lakes Wine Country. Numerous State parks are within a short drive and offer beautiful views and excellent hiking. Off street parking, pillows, bed linens and towels are included. Full equipped kitchen is available along with a propane gas grill for BBQ. A fire pit is adjacent to the house with a full supply of kindling and firewood. Grocery store and the village of T'burg is within 3 miles. Please - NO PETS.

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.
