With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns. Spacious 2,350 sq ft, 3 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 full bathrooms - house with living room (with couch, loveseat, and work space), game room (with futon), and laundry room. Backyard has a BBQ grill, table with 6 chairs, an umbrella, outdoor couch, extra foldable chairs, fire pit, trampoline, playground, and small child's table. If your coming up to fish, the Lake and river are close by and you can park your boat on the gated property. The owners live on the property, but are not on top of you. Also Charlie the dog lives on this property, he is very social. Overlook the town of Oroville with a beautiful view and the Buttes. Minutes from the Hospital and the Gold Country Casino Resort. Several hiking trails nearby.

Recently remodeled, our home features all the amenities your family will need for your stay. Tesla charging station for those looking to have the convenience of charging your vehicle at no additional cost. Patio access, but back yard is being reseeded so we ask you stay off grass.

Near to Grass Valley, Nevada City, Yuba River one mile away. 3 lakes are within 20 minutes for fishing and swimming as well as hiking trails and beaches on the South Yuba River. The home has comfortable furniture, super soft beds in 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. The 4th bedroom suite extra fee or added with 9, 10 guest.
