We really enjoyed the stay in the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, decorated with style and it is ideally located on an narrow and quiet street on the Ortigia. The hosts were very friedly on arrival, recommended great restaurants and always responded very quickly and kindly during our stay. The flat feels like home and was perfectly clean. The sunlight shines beautifully through the flat all day long and in the evening you can watch the beautiful sunset from one of the bedrooms. We hope, we will be able to come back one day.

Rigenerata e rilassata è dir poco, il giardino è bellissimo e curato la casa ha tutto quello che cercavo e molto stilizzata, al centro di diversi ristoranti, stabilimenti balneari attrezzati, mare fantastico e molto pulito, farmacie e mini market che mi hanno reso il soggiorno più facile, per non parlare della bellezza di Siracusa e la sua parte archeologica , bellissima ! Posso prenotare per l’anno prossimo?

Casa meravigliosa a due passi da un mare stupendo. Spazi interni ed esterni grandi adatti anche per famiglie numerose. La casa è fornita di tutto oltre ogni aspettativa. Pulizia ed ordine della casa impeccabile. Lucia e Biagio sempre cortesi e disponibili in tutto. Consigliatissima!!!!!

The stay in Sarah’s house was great! Everything was as described with a great barbecue spot, clean rooms and a well equipped kitchen. The beach is just a short walk away and it’s one of the nicest spots on the islands if you want to go for swim. Sarah was always easy to reach, super friendly and proactive. We can highly recommend her as a host!

Sicily has 2 of it's finest ambassadors in Elena and Angelo! Generous, warm, but most of all, amazing people that could not do enough for you to ensure a wonderful stay. Where else can you get amazing wine tasting, pricky pears and dolce that is world class. Without doubt a memorable stay, with memories that will last a life time with my father. Superbe séjour dans la maison et sur cette magnifique côte près de Syracuse. La maison est refaite à neuf, très fonctionnelle et joliment décorée. Elle est très Bien équipé. Très bonne literie. Les vélos sont un plus pour visiter les environs ! Le quartier était très calme car hors saison. Le jardin est magnifique avec un citronnier qui donne des fruits délicieux. Une petite épicerie à côté ou l on trouve des spécialités siciliennes faite maison délicieuses ! Tout était parfait ainsi que l accueil de Desirèe ! Hâte de revenir !

Dario fue un estupendo anfitrión. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La casa está en el corazón de Ortigia. Una zona estupenda. El alojamiento es pequeño y acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario para una permanencia agradable.

This place is a dream. A great kitchen with everything you need, pans, utensils, spices, etc. A super comfy bed. The best shower I’ve had in Italy, a rain shower head. I will be back! Enza was so kind and helpful.

it's nice villa divided into 4 independent flats , located in the center of the village and surrounded local citizens and houses within specific Italian atmosphere 😀. Flat is modern and very nice with the huge terasse, but pure internet. There is absolutely nothing to do around except beautiful sand beach in 10 min by car. We always used car to reach Syracuse, Ragusa or any restaurant or supermarkets in Avolla. As a summary we would highly recommend for a couple of days if you have a car.

Die Wohnung von Francesco ist sehr gemütlich und die Lage ist top! Wir waren als 5-köpfige Familie im Appartement und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Küche hat alle notwendigen Sachen um sich Kleinigkeiten selbst zu kochen. Und Essen auf der Loggia ist traumhaft. Auf dem Parkplatz vorm Appartement ist zwar immer etwas los, aber es war nicht störend. Francesco schreibt immer sofort zurück wenn man Fragen hat. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Nous recommandons le logement de Catherine, il est accueillant, joliment décoré, avec une douche incroyable... l'environnement est calme. Il y a un rétroprojecteur avec netflix, c'était génial. Catherine est une hôte très agréable, commucative et intentionnée. Merci pour tout

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Villa was one of our best AirBNB experiences ever! Elisa is so hospitable and kind, was always ready to advise! Elisa assisted with transfer, ordered us pizza when we arrived (flight was delayed and it was already too late to go for dinner). Villa is a large and beautiful place for stay, so clean, with everything could be needed during vacation! Location is perfect especially if you have a car- 2 minute drive or 19 minute walk from beautiful sand beach (perfect for children!), product shops also close. For fish and seafood -10 minute drive. Amazing Siracuse for evening walks -20 minute drive. If you are searching for great sea experience at Sicily - no doubts that Villa will be the right choice! Elisa, thank you ♥️

Appartement extrêmement bien situé et confortable. La terrasse tout en haut est exceptionnelle, dans la pointe d’Ortigia avec une vue sur la mer à 360 degrés à couper le souffle. Il faudra monter les 3 étages sans ascenseur (à déconseiller aux personnes ayant des difficultés à monter autant de marches) pour entrer dans un lieu à l’atmosphère très agréable, on se sent vite chez soi. L’agencement est assez spécial, il faut parfois se baisser pour entrer dans la chambre ou sur la terrasse, mais on s’habitue. Hôte très sympathique qui a donné de bons conseils et nous a laissé profiter de quelques heures supplémentaires le dernier jour car il n’y avait personne juste après. Le seul petit point négatif est le manque de volets et d’obscurité dans la chambre du bas, prévoir un masque de nuit si on a besoin de dormir dans le noir.

It truly was a home away from home. Beautiful furnishings. Comfortable bed. The host was very responsive, when we discovered we needed additional kitchen items. It was private and conveniently located.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche Anfang April im Haus von Loredana verbracht. Der Garten mit Pool ist wirklich wunderschön ! Da es sich noch um die Nebensaison handelte , war es schön einsam und ruhig. Für uns genau richtig ! Wer um die Zeit Trubel sucht sollte vielleicht woanders hinfahren. Ein Auto vor Ort zum Einkaufen etc. ist sehr sinnvoll. Dann kann man auch mit wenig Fahrzeit viele tolle Dinge entdecken ( je nach Ausflugsziel empfiehlt sich ein unempfindliches Auto, da die Straßen teilweise abenteuerlich sind .. Vollkasko zu empfehlen ) Loredana war zu jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war per Translator sehr unkompliziert! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern . Die Betten für die Kinder sind eher klein und unser Teenager mit 1,80 m haben wir aufs Sofa umquartiert. Ging aber auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft ist makellos. Alle Küchenutensilien und Geräte sind im perfekten Zustand. Es gab sehr schönes Geschirr und Weingläser, kein Misch Masch. Obwohl die Gastgeber im gleichen Haus im oberen Stock wohnen, hatten wir auf der Terrasse volle Privatsphäre und einen direkten Meerzugang. Die schöne Töpfe mit gepflegten Pflanzen haben mir Freude gemacht, da es häufig selbst in guten Hotels nicht der Fall ist. Für Sportbegeisterte: Es gibt ca 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt einen mehrere Kilometer langen Fahrrad/Wanderweg entlang der Küste, mit spektakulärer Aussicht von den Felsen. Es beginnt bei Monumento ai caduti d'Africa. Das von der Unterkunft vorgeschlagene Restaurant Meditè kann ich leider nicht empfehlen, das Essen war das Schlechteste unserer Sizilien-Reise. Ich würde „a Levante“ sehr empfehlen, wo wir zwei Mal zum Mittag auf der Terrasse gegessen haben.

Alles sehr gut. Das Haus ist genial um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Viel Umschwung. Sehr gut für Kinder. Am meisten hat mir die grosse Aussenküche gefallen. Die Nähe zum Strand von Fonte Biance ist auch genial. Alles in allem kan man perfekte Ferien in diesem Haus verbringen.

Pictures cannot really reflect how beautiful this place is! The amazing view from the large terrace shows all the beauty of the rich Sicilian landscape: the sunrise from the sea, Etna with its clouds and always present smoke trace, the cow bells as the only sound you hear …. The house and the garden are made with love and are a perfect place to stay! Many places to visit are within a short drive - great location that allows you full privacy as well as many sight-seeing possibilities. What makes you feel at home from the first moment - are the very welcoming and kind hosts, Grazia and Antonio. They thought of everything when preparing the house for us. They are always available for answering questions and help. Great suggestions for places to see and to eat. Thank you for everything Grazia and Antonio!

Milena este o persoană extraordinară, caldă și prietenoasă . Casa este foarte spațioasă și încăpătoare și în același timp dotată cu de toate cele necesare. Grădina plină cu portocali și mandarini a fost cireașă de pe tort , e ceva nemaiîntâlnit de noi . Ne-am simțit ca acasă . Mulțumim Milena !

Place is a bit difficult to find as the airbnb app sends you to a different location than where it actually is. Double confirm with the host to get the right location. Lots of space. Rooms were kept well. The on site person was fun and helpful. Some of the outside furniture and umbrellas etc need replacing as there are falling apart, This is the only real criticism I have. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking for a large group like us! Plenty of communal places to sit inside and outside to eat and talk. Thanks Martina for the flexible check in and check out times! You made our weekend extra special!

House directly located at the beach with a stunning view of the ocean and a beautiful garden with many terraces. Photos realistically reflect the place and surroundings. Very friendly and reliable owners who allowed for a seamless experience. Gated parking on premises.
