La signora Tania Maria è gentilissima, aperta e calorosa.Sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno. La casa é perfetta, sembra di vivere in un sogno medievale. La cittadina di Mesta é un posto bellissimo, l'accesso alle spiagge da sogno e facile con una macchina a disposizione. Questa aerea dell'isola sembra la più interessante e offre un mare splendido e siti storici preziosi. Raccomandato al 100% ! Vi consigliamo di prendere il caffè al mattino seduti al tavolino della casetta, prima che il sole scaldi troppo l'aria. Prendetevi cura dei gattini del villaggio, sapranno ricompensarvi con coccole abbondanti. Chios e una meraviglia e Mesta un gioiello. La casa di Tania Maria un nido perfetto per riposare!

We really enjoyed our stay with Anastasia and mother Katarina at the pink castle. You certainly get a family vibe staying here and surrounded by nature and offered old local traditions it’s definitely worth a visit. It’s a bit outside of town so make sure you have some transportation!

Just a nice and quiet apartment in Peristeri. Clean and tidy.

Very nice and calm place to stay, we will come back for sure. Our kids enjoyed the separated beds and their own space, living room is very confortable, kitchen is well equiped and clean. Leonidio center is in walking distance and everything you need is there.

If you want the peachiest place to stay in Kardamyli look no further ! Set in a beautiful olive grove, this stone house is elegant and comfortable. It has everything you need. Kostas is a lovely host- it was great to meet him. You are a few minutes walk from a very private swimming cove. We never met anyone else swimming there. I highly recommend this house !

We had a great time at Aristo’s. House was lovely and everything was as described. We really enjoyed the fireplace which gave the house such a cozy vibe. Nice and private and peaceful. Host was very responsive and friendly. We only regret not using the hot tub!!

We stayed five nights at Konstantinos’s house at the back of Spetses near Kouzounos. The family, including our two young children had a fantastic time. If you like peace and quiet, mixed with a rustic environment and breathtaking view, this is a great option. Kouzounos has a beautiful beach which is a short walk from the house, equally Paradise beach and others are not too far away. It is definitely necessary to rent a motorbike to get around and access the old harbour, Dapia etc.. which are not that far away. It always felt like a big relief coming back to such a beautiful-private house. We definitely hope to stay again and looking forward to a few more G&T’s gazing over spetsopoula. Konstantinos was a great host, extremely responsive and clear with his instructions. Thank you from us all, until next time!

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit bei Giannis. Er ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, hat alle angegebenen Ausstattungen vorhanden und vor allem eine super Küche, die nichts missen lässt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und man hat einen tollen Meerblick, mit dem man jeden Abend Schiffe begutachten kann.

Die Unterkunft war toll, genau wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick und die ganze Garten- und Pool Anlage waren traumhaft. In der Gegend gab es zwei wunderschöne Strände, einen ruhigeren und einen mit mehreren Einkaufsläden und Restaurants. George war sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben von ihm sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps zu Unternehmungen, Restaurants, Einkaufsläden usw. bekommen. Auch bei Problemen (krankheitsbedingt) stand er uns hilfsbereit zur Seite.

This is a hidden gem! The location is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and the sea. The house was impeccable, and the personal check-in by KiKi was welcomed, as was the marmalade made out of the property’s citrus trees and refreshing wine. The private parking was safe and convenient; the pools lovely to sit by ( a bit too chilly yet for our preferences). Best of all was the night time serenade of the golden jackals, so much like our Colorado coyotes. Our only regret? That we didn’t stay longer! Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

Es gab ein Problem bei der Buchung, aber Maryianna hat uns ganz unkompliziert eine Umbuchung in eine andere Unterkunft angeboten (Villa Dafni), daher bezieht sich die Bewertung auf die Villa Dafni. Wir waren zwei Familien mit drei Kindern und haben uns während dem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt! Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto um zu den Stränden, Tavernen oder anderen Orten zu kommen, aber innerhalb von 5-15 Minuten ist alles gut erreichbar und man kann die Zeit auch gut mit Plantschen im Pool verbringen 😊 Die Kommunikation war immer super schnell und hilfreich!

The house has been fully redecorated to a high modern day standard. It's spacious and very private, also thanks to the walled inner garden with swimming pool, and possibilities to park two cars behind an electronically operated gate. The house is clean and the beds very comfortable. Also ideal when traveling with two couples of which one has children, because one bedroom has a separate front door that is accessible from the garden (under the roof top terrace). A very nice local restaurant and a supermarket are within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa und in Agia Pelagia. Die Villa bietet eine hochwertige Ausstattung, liegt ruhig und lädt sofort zum Entspannen ein. Besonders die Terrasse, der kleine Garten und der herrliche Pool machen den Aufenthalt einzigartig. Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich, und das Team vor Ort hat uns mit großer Zuvorkommenheit betreut. Ein absolutes Highlight war die Massage bei Mike – wir können diese Erfahrung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Der kleine Strand von Psaromoura ist bequem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort gibt es eine gemütliche Bar, Liegen zum Mieten und die Möglichkeit, das türkisfarbene Meer voll auszukosten. Das nahegelegene Dorf ist ebenfalls einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet neben einem charmanten Strand eine Vielzahl an großartigen Restaurants.

We absolutely loved our week here at Kostas’ villa! The villa is beautiful in its location and simplicity and has everything you need for a true holiday that still feels as welcome as home.Kostas met our ferry, assisted us to get a rental car, led us to a supermarket and then to the villa. Such a kind and thoughtful man ! It would be hard to find anyone as nice as Kostas. The villa was peaceful and with spring in the air the incredible tropical garden was starting to wake up. We could smell the orange blossoms in the air and loved drinking wine on the balcony at the end of a long day walking and exploring - watching the beautiful sunsets. Even when we had a few cold and windy days we didn’t care - it was such a lovely place to be. No tv is fabulous - you think you will miss it but no. We couldn’t recommend Kostas and his wonderful villas highly enough - you just have to go and experience it all for yourself. Now. Go now! Thank you so much Kostas! 👏👏🥂

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist in einer schönen, ruhigen Lage und hat eine super Aussicht. Sie ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, die letzten km zu der Haus bestehen aus einem Steinweg. Trotzdem ist die Anfahrt nicht sehr schwer und der Weg zu Ferienhaus gut ausgeschildert. Das Haus war sehr sauber, es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man während des Aufenthalts brauchen könnte. Der Pool sowie die Gartenausstattung sind sehr schön. Die Hausbesitzer sowie die Mitarbeiter bei Freelance waren alle super nett und bei Fragen sehr schnell zu erreichen. Insbesondere der Informationslink, den man nach Buchung der Villa zugesendet bekommt, ist voll von hilfreich Informationen, die man während des Aufenthaltes in dem Ferienhaus und in der Umgebung sehr einfach und gut gebrauchen kann. Alles in allem würden wir uns immer wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden und können es zweifellos weiterempfehlen :)

Ιδανική τοποθεσία για μια μικρή απόδραση. Το κατάλυμα ήταν ιδανικό για μια οικογένεια. Πολύ ευρύχωρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια. Καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο με όμορφο και καθαρό κήπο και πισίνα. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα τα διαμερίσματα τους σε οποιονδήποτε επισκέπτη!
