Ideal for an unforgettable beach holiday, panoramic terraces framed by a garden of indigenous plants, and an exclusive infinity pool. The Villa is for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is an excellent base for exploring the beauties of Sicily: from the Vendicari nature reserve to Cava D'Ispica, from the characteristic fishing village of Marzamemi, Portopalo and Donnalucata to the delightful baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse, to Mount Etna and Taormina.

Restored in July 2017, the house consists of two studios of 28 square meters with each an independent entrance. Inside, the kitchen-living area with sofa bed, induction cooking facility and the bathroom are on the ground floor; the double bed is on the mezzanine with the possibility to add a single bed. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).
