Very nice place. Dock is a bit tight for larger boats. Nice concrete path path to the dock but steep and turn around is a bit hard with the provided side by side. Overall good experience.

I was so glad I got to stay in The Mountain Cottage! So comfortable and clean, I felt right at home and all my needs were met! The layout and decor are very nice! I especially enjoyed being so close to my daughter, son in law and our grandchildren! That was so fun and wonderful to me! Thanks so much Sandra and Mike!

Nice visit to the Smokys. If you are seeking a nice stay about an hour from the action Irma’s place will not disappoint. Time of year made it challenging to stay closer. This was our longest stay without a washer and dryer, we learned for future reservations to consider all the amenities. Irma was gracious on handling some mis-haps that we corrected after our stay. Outside of the neighbors that felt the need to honk their horns to motivate their kids, the place is a nice stay.

Loved our stay and the kids did as well!! everything was just as pictured! Check in and out was a breeze and the hosts made sure they communicated and we were good! 10 out of 10 recommends!! I definitely would book this place again. It was peaceful, beautiful and just a nice get away from home!

We had a blast staying here! It had everything we wanted and they even had a high chair and pack and play for smaller children. It was amazing. Everything was clean and the view was spectacular. 10/10 recommend this cabin for others. Plenty of space, lots to do, amazing views and only 20 mins away from popular attractions.

The place was so nice!! The view was amazing!! The kids had a blast!! The place was so much bigger than what I thought! I loved the cute touches they had to make you feel right at home.

Justin's place felt like home, very comfortable. Great cimmunication throughout and responding quickly to questions. The gameroom was fun. The backyard was enjoyable on warmer days. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely come back and recommend to others.

I can’t say enough about our stay! We are from Knoxville and live in Lexington. This was a perfect way to celebrate a birthday and have some quality time in the area. Place is amazing and extremely easy to find. Host is amazing! I would stay again!

Our stay here was purely because our AC decided to go out luckily enough it was just perfect for me and my husband and our dog! I definitely don’t think you could do a long-term stay here just because it’s very minimally spaced. Very intimate and perfect yard size for a get away. We only wish we had access to a broom so we could clean the floors! I also suggest having your computer if you want a screen in the room:) there is one TV in the living room! Perfect for the night we needed!
