Our personal fav is the bright white seasonal sunroom with windows throughout attached to a walkout private deck with views of Newport Harbor. Don't worry about getting around, you're an easy walk to ALL. Beautifully decorated. AC in living room & bed room

Barn Sanctuary

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.

We are walking distance to Goddard State Park: with horseback riding, boating, beach, golf, biking, picnics, and trails to run & walk. We are midpoint to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. The cottage is a perfect getaway in the Ocean State. It is an ideal location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, local beaches & parks. The renovated chef's kitchen is an entertainer's delight. This 3/2 home has two living rooms and high-speed internet allowing for ample work and play. The private outdoor deck features a hot tub (open during the winter), pool, fire pit, BBQ, gazebo, multiple seating areas, and a backyard for additional recreational space.

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

Expect traditional features and quirks of an older property in our former home that we loved and enjoyed. A healthy walk to beaches, bars/ eateries, a short drive to Newport and a central location for everything the island has to offer!
