Bright, Charming and Elegant in the Heart of Lisbon

The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest. You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay. I will always endeavor to reply quickly to all your questions or comments. As soon as you confirm your reservation, I will be in contact to prepare your arrival and will be waiting for you in the flat to welcome you. In checkin and throughout your stay, i will be available any time you need tips about the best restaurants to visit or any other information you may like to know about this wonderful city. Feel like a local when exploring the supermarket, antique shops, trendy decor and design stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Wander further, via the nearby Metro, just 8 minutes to the historic center. Subway (metro) is the best public transportation to get around in the city. You will find São Sebastião metro station just at the end of the street (4 min walk). São Sebastião is an hub station for red line (direct connection to the airport) and blue line (direct connection to historic center, avenida da liberdade and santa apolonia train station). There are also three buses lines nearby (3 min walk), at Av. de Berna: 716, 726 and 756. If you want to visit Alcantara area or Rua da Junqueira (Tagus riverfront), line 756 will get you there (direction east-west). If you are traveling with a private car, there is a covered car park in front of the building, with a maximum daily rate of 12 euros.

Lisbon Nouveau - Apartment 1D

Lisbon Nouveau apartments are located in one of the city main arteries. The nearest subway station is located right in our door front (10 meters away). The south entrance was offered by Metro de Paris and it is called the Guimard entrance, named after the famous Art Nouveau artist, Hector Guimard, best known for the design of Paris Metropolitan Stations entrances. Inspired by the quest for modernity that moved the Art Nouveau artists, our apartments also aim to reflect the spirit of a new and trendy Lisbon, an old and traditional city with a new and vibrating life. In the neighbourhood you can find shopping malls, food courts and numerous restaurants. We are not far from downtown and Tagus River, and you can be there in a very short subway ride. At walking distance you have iconic places like Praça Marquês de Pombal, Parque Eduardo VII, or the Avenida da Liberdade where you can find the most famous world brands, like Prada, Armani or Louis Vuitton, among others. However, travellers who are more keen to quietness may consider the movement in the vicinity a little excessive. Nevertheless we believe that the quality we provide will largely overcome any inconvenience from the surroundings The Lisbon Nouveau 1D is a two bedroom apartment that accommodates four persons. The apartment was totally reconditioned and is fully equipped with all you need for a short or long stay. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other one. The bathrooms are modern and well equipped, and the kitchen is also very modern and functional. Wi-fi and air conditioned are available for your comfort. In the building we have seven more apartments very similar to this. They all are named Lisbon Nouveau apartments, so if by any reason the one you want is not available for your dates feel free to ask for alternatives.

Also on same level there is a private bedroom and the bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find one bedroom that opens to the living room. The loft is in the Príncipe Real neighborhood, located at the top of one of Lisbon's seven hills, with beautiful city views. It's a neighborhood with palatial buildings, gardens, dynamic shops, and restaurants with famous chefs. The nearest metro station is Rato, yellow line (10 min walking). The apartment have one parking space. Short walking distance from the main historical sites of the city: Bairro Alto, Carmo, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Castelo de S. Jorge, Praça do Comércio. Very short walking distance to places of interest in the neighborhood: Jardim do Príncipe Real, Jardim Botânico de Lisboa, Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, Museu de História Natural, Bairro Alto.
