The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my other guests.
