The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Stylish, romantic & cozy getaway! 2.5 blocks to gorgeous sunsets on a secluded bay beach! Linens, towels & Turkish beach towels provided. This quaint & quirky house is the perfect place for an adult respite (only non-crawling infants & kids 5 yrs & up). Stocked w/ everything you need: hot tub, gas fireplace, beach supplies, bikes, bar cart, seasonal outdoor shower, 2 fire pits, picnic table, screened in porch w/dining table & lounge area! Fun, seasonal beach bar (Harpoons) walking distance!

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). This is a very cozy, 2-bedroom apartment attached to a 200+ yo farmhouse in historic Bucks County. We are right at the edge of town on the main street in Richboro so in walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The yard is beautifully maintained, and the decks, outdoor grill and fire pit are available for your use and enjoyment during your stay. Owners live in the farmhouse and are generally available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the local area.

This bright and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
