Terrific house, spacious, great yard suitable for dogs and a wonderful veranda to sit and entertain or watch the world go by. Five minutes to the beach.

Our family had the most wonderful weekend stay at the Kalorama Cottage. Our last little getaway as a family of 4! Our daughter loved the place so much that she asked if we could stay forever. Clean and beautifully kept cottage with everything you need, surrounded by nature. Jade and Daniel were very welcoming and very proactive with communication prior to check-in and throughout our stay. Thank you both so much for sharing your place with us!

Great base while exploring Wilson's prom. warm and inviting stay. having the animals on the property was a great addition. Norm was so accommodating allowing the kids to meet and feed the chickens.

Eclectic and retro. Went away with husband, teenaged kids, their friends and our dogs. The teenagers slept in the 2 downstairs bedrooms, had their own lounge, bathroom and kitchenette. My husband and I were upstairs with the full kitchen, dining, lounge, bathroom and laundry. Couldn’t have asked for a better arrangement! Dogs spent some time on the upstairs deck, and we also set up a run for them out the back near the fire pit. We could only have them out there supervised, as they certainly would have gotten tangled, but they had plenty of walks, swims and bike rides. They were living their best life! The kids explored, went kayaking and played a heap of cards & board games. We cooked 3 out of the 4 nights, shouting ourselves to dinner at the Tarwin pub on the final night. Don’t rate the food or bistro service there (could be because they were slammed before the public hol) but the trivia was fun! Wholesome fun. Michael’s photography throughout the house is also awesome!

This was a perfect getaway for our family Easter. The man cave was great for our family to hangout together. It is next level! Walks to Coronet Bay, Settlement Point, The Boat Ramp and for coffee to Fig and Bay are right at the end of the street. This property is really secure for pets and caters for anything your dog could need. Thanks

Overall a great stay! Location is great. Value for money, we had 6 adults and 2young children lots of space clean and well equipped. The only thing we felt was the beds are a bit soft but that a personal thing, and the kitchen could do with an update. We definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a really wonderful stay. The house is well positioned - easy to walk to the shops/cafes and to the beaches. The house was clean and tidy and as described. The little room in the attic was a great bonus spot for smaller children and had a lovely view of the beach.

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

Loved staying here! I signed up for my first marathon and not only did Steve wish me all the best he managed to make it possible to check in early. The place was perfect. Great open space in the lounge. Everything you need in the kitchen. Cute little outdoor space. Second floor had the two bedrooms, extra bathroom and a little sitting space. Then the awesome extra bit is if you go up a few more stairs…open and door and they’ve made an awesome sitting space on the roof! The area was quiet and a very short walk to Main Street. I highly recommend!
