Amenities include: a well-stocked shared kitchen, free DIY breakfast (pancakes, waffles, coffee), a hot tub, and outdoor common areas. **Americans need an off-island ticket to check-in (proof you're leaving Maui!)** Free tours everyday, like the Road to Hana (every Tuesday), hiking Haleakalā (Saturdays), and beach days.

I own or represent a timeshare at the Westin Nanea Ocean Villas for a 1 bedroom unit. It is a beautiful resort and rooms go for over $900 a night. This is for much less! I will give your name to the hotel and you check in like a normal guest. All amenities, etc are available just as if you were a hotel guest.
