Elegant and Stylish Designer Apartment in Central Athens

The 100 sq meters 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a privileged residence building on the 5th floor in front of a spacy park.It is a sunny apartment with all the rooms viewing directly to the park and to further horizon (the balcony has direct access to that view), without having a road between the entrance of the building and the park ,in a very quiet location, few steps away from local night life. IIn more detail: The apartment: As you enter the apartment (100 sq.m renovated) there is an entrance hall with an open kitchen on the left and a bar with stools. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave and dish washer included).In front, there is a spacy sitting room with a 4K smart tv (neflix channel included), a dining room (big wooden designed oval table with 8 chairs ).In both sitting and dining area you can enjoy the park view and the tranquil open space ,without anything reminding you that you are in the center of a big city. In that area there is also an office table for use of laptop etc. On the right (there are glass doors that can provide privacy) there is a modern, confortable sofa bed, that can accommodate 2 people (210x140 cm). Sofa in the sitting area, dining table, chairs and stools are recently bought from KARE design store. Beside the kitchen there is a small corridor that separates the sitting, dining and kitchen area from the rest apartment. When you open the door to enter to the bedrooms and toilet ,bathroom area, you have on your left a small toilet wc and on the right the one bedroom with 2 single beds (brand new eco mattresses for extra comfort sleep, 200 x90 cm or 3’x 6’66’’ft each) that can be attached ,wardrobe and access to the balcony. Further on the right there is the main bedroom with a 200 x 200 super king size bed (brand new eco mattress for extra comfort sleep size 183 x 203 cm or 6’ x 6’ 66’’ ft) with wardrobe and access to the balcony. Just opposite to that, there is the big bathroom with shower and bath facilities, and at the end of the corridor a small storage area, where there is a washing machine. We are available for any help during your stay! A central neighborhood of Athens, you can easily walk around the area and encounter local stores, galleries, small theaters, restaurants, and bars. Kallimarmaro and Kolonaki also has several parks. The apartment can be accessed very easily from the airport and the port. The metro station (Evangelismos –blue line ) has a direct access from the airport and is a 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. In case you choose the metro or the bus, carrying heavy luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi from the bus/metro station to the apartment (less than 5 min, costs 3,20 eur), because it is situated uphill (e.g. some steps if you prefer to save distance) ,which is also the reason of the excellent horizon and view of the park. From port of Piraeus around 40 mins away, you take the train towards kifisia(green line), and change at monastiraki station to blue line towards either airport or doukisis plakentias and exit at evagelismos station. There is a private parking 100 m from the apartment. Transportation facilities (from/to the airport with very competitive prices, or day trips or tours) can also be arranged on request. Mattresses for all beds are ECOSLEEP (type BIOREST-new technology layers with advanced foam materials, such as memory foam for extra comfort sleep) Open area is a balcony 12 meters long that can be reachable from all bedrooms and sitting areas with view on the park. There is a strong Wi Fi signal. There are 2 elevators (1 normal and 1 small) in the building with access to the floor (5th). There is a private parking located 100 m from the apartment. Chic Maisonette in the Heart of Athens

This newly refurbished 3 bedroom flat is set on the 5th and 6th floor of the building with views of Athens rooftops! It is located in the hip Koukaki area where there is an array of restaurants, bars, cafes and all local amenities like supermarkets, organic shop, dry cleaner, flower shop, trains and bus stops. It is a 5 minute walk from the Acropolis museum and 10-15 minute walk from Monastiraki and Ermou shopping. The double bed is very comfortable and a bedside table on each side together with built in reading lights. All linen is kept in the cupboards in case guests need additional towels or sheets. GUEST ROOM 1: The 1st guest room has a comfortable double bed, lots of storage space and opens up to a veranda which is shared with the 3rd guest room. GUEST ROOM 2: The second guest room is ideal for children as it has 2 single bunkbeds and a baby cot. The bunk beds dimensions are 90x190cm and the cot bed is 120x60cm. There is also a small built in desk area, cupboards and a few children’s books. This room also opens up to a balcony. SHOWER ROOM: The two guest rooms share this bathroom. It has a sink, toilet and built in shower. LAUNDRY ROOM: In this small room you will find the washing machine, ironing board and plenty of cleaning materials. BOILER ROOM: Also used a small storage area for drying racks, mops etc. Full access to the hall area of the apartment. The home is only a five-minute walk from the Acropolis museum and 10-minute walk from Monastiraki and Ermou shopping.
