This new two-bedroom rural retreat is ideal for a relaxing break with family/ friends. Great indoor/outdoor living with a deck and views over a family friendly lifestyle property with a separate driveway on a no-exit road. The house is energy-efficient with solar power. It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

Welcome to Seaview Paradiso! Completely private, drenched in sunlight and elevated to enjoy breathtaking sea views from all directions. This charming Raumati South holiday home encompasses summer and winter living with a retro twist. Open the windows for a cool breeze in summer and on a winter getaway keep cosy with the heat pump or snuggle up to the open fire. Take a walk down the tree lined driveway, cross the road and you'll be on the beach or take a 10 minute stroll to the local cafes.

Frankie's place

We have the perfect spot for resting on your way to or from Wellington. You will stay amongst the fruit trees. The birdlife is great. Our tiny home is on our section 20mtrs from our house. You have your own separate entrance & parking space. we are 5 min north of Otaki, 10 min from Levin & Waikawa Beach . The Manakau Market & The Greenery garden centre are close. We are a family of five and especially in summer we spend a lot of time outside so expect the normal sounds of family life.

Kokomea - means the glow of the sunset. This is a private peaceful property with a pleasant rural outlook towards the Hemi Matenga ridge. The studio is separate from the house with its own private outdoor space. Kokomea is just 2 mins drive from the beautiful Te Hapua beach and a shorter distance to Sudbury's wedding venue. Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.

Close to Otaki town and cafes , 5 min drive to Otaki beach and river. Bike or walk through private land down to the Otaki river picnic area which features beautiful walking tracks and nature reserve. Under a hour to Wellington and Palmerston North. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

Paraparaumu Beach is just an 8 minute drive. Two family dogs on the property but kept away from studio area. Please note railwayline backs on to property. The studio has a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer and fridge freezer. Continental breakfast is provided.

As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

Our pods offer the unique experience of private luxury glamping whilst being nestled in the heart of old beach Waikanae. You can have a quiet drink on the deck, and then step out for a meal at one of the vibrant local cafes and restaurants. The 36m2 brand new architecturally designed pods are fully kitted out with high quality furnishings and amenities. Free Wi-Fi is provided which makes working with a beach view a great option if you want a longer stay
