Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

There is a railway line about 150 metres away and the bus stop which is 600 metres away. Split and Trogir is about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby beach is 5 minutes by car.

Mala kuća na velikom imanju od 4.000 m2 na rubnom dijelu naselja. Pozicija objekta i imanja pruža veliku privatnost. Na imanju se nalazi maslinik, kao i mladi voćnjak sa mediteranskim sortama voća. Cijeli objekt je okružen maslinama uz mnogo zasađenog mirisnog dalmatinskog bilja. Gostima je na raspolaganju sve što im treba za kvalitetan odmor. Hi. Here is few information about my new built home, location, neighbourhood.. All what can you see at photos is also in real. So house is not on the sea, there is no sea view, only view is on neighbourhood or to the hill nort of our place. Yes, you have neighbours there( only from south, SW side). Supermarket is 5 minutes far by foot, beach is 9 minutes far by foot. There is promenade along the coast true the all place( there is a lot of restaurant, caffe bars..)

This recently renovated historical 3 storey house, is situated right in the centre of Kastel Stari, precisely in the main square Brce, built in the 16th century, this house has maintained it’s amazing stone-walled feature which gives the house that true traditional feeling. The house is less than 100 meters from the beaches, stores and restaurants, and also a short driving distance to the two major cities protected by UNESCO, Trogir and Split.
