As mentioned above TAXES: As a legal vacation rental, we are obligated to collect 14.416% in taxes (General Excise Tax of 4.16% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 10.25%). These taxes will be collected via AirBnB's resolution tool. 100% of these taxes are remitted to the State of Hawaii.
