Cycladic house with amazing view of sea & sunset

Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

Sofias House 1

Sofia's house is in Merichas. Located on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain. You can get there only by 100 stairs. Also we renovated the house, the toilet, the kitchen in 2020 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2021. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We take seriously the reviews made by our visitors and always try to improve.

Xyla Beach Studio 3

Xyla Beach Studio 3 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.
