Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. Our farm is located on the banks of the Broken River in the heart of the Goulburn Valley. Our house offers privacy and relaxation, making it a great choice for a special occasion, family holiday, or business trip. Home to a variety of wildlife, including blue wrens, king parrots, kookaburras, kangaroos, and a wallaby, and only minutes from town, the location is very peaceful and quiet, with only the occasional sound of birds and tractors.
