Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

Our private downstairs apartment is close to both the beach & the sound! Bring your bikes or walk to enjoy the sunset on the sound or the beach access that is 1/2 mile away. Centrally located with grocery stores, shopping, Target, gas stations & restaurants only 1/2 mile away. The space has a private key-less entry, outdoor dining & living, outdoor shower & comfortable clean living. Our place is good for couples, small families with infants/toddlers, solo guests & business travelers.

How does it work? Simply make your reservation for 5 or more nights, send us a message to let us know you qualify for the special, and we will deduct the rate of the lowest priced rented night. The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

Conveniently located at MP 6.5 - very close to a movie theater, Target, grocery stores, put put golf courses, go cart racing, shoping and lots of restaurants. Walking distance to Avalon Pier and Awful Arthur's seafood restaurant. Well stocked and perfect for families. Summer season rentals have 7 night minimum with Saturday check in and check out.

Small Cottage located on the sound side. Home has a simple modern vibe with an outdoor wood burning fire pit and hot tub, perfect for outdoor entertainment. Just a 3 minute drive to the beach or a public sound access. Road connects to bay drive, which is a sound front road that leads from Kill Devil Hills to Kitty Hawk. Perfect for biking or just bypassing the summer traffic. Home is also centrally located to shopping, dining, entertainment, and more. You don’t want to miss this!

Kitty Hawk is a great central location on the Outer Banks with shopping and restaurants. We provide beach chairs and umbrella for your use.

Our 100 year old cottage is nestled in the woods just a 5 minute drive from the ocean and only 1/2 mile to trails, boat ramp & kayak launch. Hit the beach or explore the sound during the day and enjoy our rustic retreat and it's awesome outdoor living space at night: herb garden, fire pit, grill and seating area. Inside raw wood beams, floor to ceiling pine and a loft that kids will love are just some of the unique features our little cabin offers!
