Apartment "B" is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Apartment "A" is 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Both have a porch and a bedroom balcony. Pricing is for double occupancy. Each can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (children welcome). Conveniences include a full kitchen and complement of electronics. Central air and heat.

Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

The walk through bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin bed as well as 2 queen size sofa beds. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.
