Found the decor to be quite charming and loved the sports themes with every room being different. Lots of attention paid to details. Nice parking cover for the car and loved all the lawn steppers. We felt very comfortable, right at home, and well taken care of. Should opportunity present, we will definitely keep this property high on our list.

5 stars aren't enough to explain this rental! Bryan and Heather made sure to go above and beyond. The airbnb was stocked with everything you could possibly desire. We travel a lot and it's rare to find an airbnb with so much detail. The cleaning supplies were stocked which is a big plus for us as we like to keep our rentals as clean as our home! They left peppermints on our beds, supplied ear plugs as we were staying the 4th of July, sound machines by every bed, dishwasher pods supplied, coffee pods, and creamers. Oh they even left little breakfast bars. I'm telling you, I was very impressed and can't wait to return!

I booked this for my parents as a birthday present . They absolutely enjoyed themselves and went on and on about how kind and friendly Bruce and Kim were . Their favorite part was the pet duck that is on the property. We have a farm and they felt right at home with the duck following them around and wanting snacks. I will say the photos listed do NOT do justice on how beautiful the location is . My parents have decided they will be back not just THIS year but EVERY year .

Absolutely Beautiful place with so much space indoor and outdoor. Great location, so comfortable, everything you need. Vikki was so proactive and responsive with everything we needed. She left us some little treats to make for a happy valentines. will definitely stay here when we visit family next.

Dodd's place was so comfortable, clean, and well stocked. My wife loved the friendly 3 dogs that came up to greet us, with their tails wagging, and wanted to "hangout". Awesome stay...!

Great location to university. Plenty of room and great beds!!!
