Super hébergement qui correspondait aux photos ! L'emplacement est idéal avec des boulangeries, des cafés et des restaurants juste à coté. Marina est très gentille et a été arrangeante en nous autorisant un late check-out pour nous permettre d'attendre notre ferry.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à proximité du temple de Poseidon avec une très jolie vue sur la mer ! Entièrement équipée et moderne. Sans oublier la piscine / jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir. Philipp nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour les restaurants et visites. Communication très réactive avec Philipp qui nous a toujours répondu dans la minute !

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant, paisible loin de l’agitation. Une très bonne boulangerie et un supermarché sont à 10 mn à pieds et le centre de Loulis à environ 25 mn. Ceci est excellent pour digérer après avoir dîner dans les diverses tavernes de la ville…il est préférable de louer une voiture pour se rendre sur les plages magnifiques et sauvages de L’île. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous sommes bien ressourcés au cœur de cette douceur de vivre et des magnifiques couchers de soleil. Merci à Manu pour son accueil. Sophie

Kiki a été formidable. Très sympathique, accueillante. Le coucher de soleil est incroyable, se baigner avec vue sur la mer est une super expérience. Plein de petites plages trop belles à proximité à moins de 5 minutes de voiture voire à pied! Dont une petite crique en bas de la maison où se baigner tôt le matin ou le soir avant l’apéro! Nous avons adoré ce séjour! Nous recommandons la maison.

Excellent séjour au sein de la villa qui offre définitivement une vue à couper le soufflé sur Sérifos et aux autres îles. Alexis est un excellent hôte qui se montre très réactif, et nous a prodigué de nombreux précieux conseils avec son très joli guest book dans la maison. Je recommande cette villa sans problème 😊

The highlight of this airbnb is definetely the breathtaking view! If you are looking for a quiet and authentic stay on an isle which hasn't been flooded by tourism, you're in the right place :-) Think about stopping by at a supermarket on the port and drive slowly at the end of the road, which is drivable with a "normal" car (no 4x4 needed). Restaurant at 10min drive, or in pittoresque Ioulida, nice beach in Koumdouros. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Εύκολη πρόσβαση! Φιλικός οικοδεσπότης! Φιλικός χώρος για μικρά παιδιά!! Πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο το σπίτι! Θα χαρούμε να ξανά μείνουμε σε σας σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στο νησί της Κύθνου!!

Great place to relax with a group of friends or with family. Very close to the beach and many nice restaurants. Despina is a wonderful host!

Ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη στο καταλυμα του κ. Επαμεινωντα! Το σπιτι ηταν ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες και φαινοταν οτι ηταν φτιαγμενο με πολλη πολλη αγαπη! Πεντακαθαρος ο χωρος και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα. Η θεα ειναι μοναδικη απ το σπιτι! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και πολυ κοντα στις παραλιες. Ο κ. Επαμεινωντας ειναι απο τους πιο ευγενικους ιδιοκτητες καταλυματος, που εχουμε συναντησει, με ολη την καλη διαθεση να κανει τη διαμονη μας οσο πιο ομορφη, ανετη και χαλαρη γινοταν, και τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ γι αυτο! Οταν επισκεφτουμε ξανα το ομορφο νησι της Κεας, σιγουρα θα επιλεξουμε το ιδιο καταλυμα! Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Stelios is a very capable host, very communicative, and his home has a gorgeous view! Not only that, there is a beach with a lifeguard just down the road, also very close by there is a beautiful marina. Surrounding the marina are many tavernas of all types including shops, bakeries and more! This all showcases the gorgeous sea views of the coastline along with yachts docked in Lavrio's marina. Thank you Stelios for giving our Athens cab driver such excellent directions. As advised, we visited the Temple of Poseidon here in the neighborhood, before our maiden voyage! We were lucking enough to see the Independence Day Parade in the Town Square! We will be reserving time at Stelios' home for the years to come when our boat is here in Lavrio for the wintertime.

Excellent location and truly great service. Check in & out was very easy, the apt was exactly as described and in the photos. Very convenient location, 3-4 minutes walk to Chora and most services (atm, grocery store etc) Highly recommend

Catherine est très avenante. Tout est très bien organisé. Catherine est aux petits soins et pleine de bonnes recommandations (restaurant, endroits à visiter…). Avec en plus des petites attentions, des oeufs frais, et du vin de Production propre, salade et tomates du jardin ainsi que du thé du café du sucre… rien ne manque ni dans les placards, ni dans la décoration ! Dommage que la saison ne se prêtait pas à l’utilisation de la piscine.

We had a very nice stay, the house and especially the pool area is better than the impression given by the pictures. During our stay it was very hot in this region (35-39), so the pool area with trees providing shadow and all necessary comforts in the pool house was amazing. We also appreciated that all bedrooms had AC, and that the kitchen(s) are well equipped. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance, and some very nice beaches 5-10 minutes away by car. The short distance from Athens airport was also very convenient. Nikolaos responded quickly to our requests, and he and his family was keen to support. We can strongly recommend Nikolaos, his house and this part of Greece. Be advised that the mattress in the main bedroom is much harder than what we Norwegians are used to - this was the only little flaw in our stay at this house.

Wir haben uns in diesem Airbnb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren bequem, die Aussicht fantastisch und Iro hatte uns bereits ein paar griechische Leckereien und kühles Bier in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Vom Haus aus läuft man in 5 Minuten zum Meer und kann bequem über eine kleine Leiter baden gehen - perfekt für eine morgendliche Erfrischung. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, sodass wir zu 4. gemeinsam auch Mal kochen konnten. Die Tavernen im Ort sind lecker, der Ort ruhig und unaufgeregt. Man braucht ca. 25 Minuten in den nächsten größeren Ort.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien in Theodoras Haus, dass fast ohne Nachbarn, sehr ruhig und leise auf einen Hügel nahe des Hafens gelegen ist. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Theodora gab uns Tips für Restaurants und Strände und war sehr hilfsbereit. Für einen entspannten Strandurlaub ist Kea und Theodoras Haus sehr zu empfehlen!

The place was very quiet and peaceful, but at the same time quite close to Vourkari by car. We spoke with Ms. Sonia regarding the check-in among other things; she was very helpful and available at all times. It is very good for up to six people!

Τι να πούμε για αυτή μας την διαμονή!!!! Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με μαγευτική θέα όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλεματα. Ο χώρος ειναι ΕΚΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟΣ!!!! Παντού παρατηρείς μια λιτη πολυτέλεια και καταλαβαίνεις με πόσο γουστο εχει τοποθετηθεί κάθε αντικείμενο μέσα στο χώρο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν δώσει τον καλύτερο τους εαυτο!!! Οι δε παροχές είναι πέρα κάθε προσδοκιας. Όλα απιστευτα μελετημένα για την καλύτερη διαμονή των φιλοξενουμενων. Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες εξαιρετική!!!! Χρήστο σ ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!! Εις το επανιδειν!!!!

Great location, great accomodation really enjoyed it. Good swimming and nice restaurants. The stairs were a little tricky for my blind dad as there are no handrails but that was just unfortunate given his disability.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε φανταστική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα, σε μια όμορφη και ήσυχη περιοχή που προσφέρει απόλυτη χαλάρωση. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διακοσμημένο με γούστο, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε αμέσως άνετα. Η Κατερίνα ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη και φιλική, εξασφαλίζοντας ότι δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Η φιλοξενία της έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά μια αξέχαστη απόδραση δίπλα στη θάλασσα.

Our stay was amazing, and the views are great. This home is set up well and is very comfortable and clean. We loved the hot tub and used it every day! I would recommend this rental, especially for families as the beach is close and there are some rocks to climb around on. My kids loved those things. The host was very responsive and answered questions right away, even walking us through the home when we arrived and pointed out how to work all the different things. If you are looking for a place to relax and is quiet, this is the place.

J’ai loué cette maison pour mes parents qui ont adoré leur séjour. La vue est magnifique, la maison conforme aux photos et très propre. D’autres maisons sont à côté mais la maison de Victor est au dessus donc elle n’est pas gênée mais pas complètement isolée non plus. Les villages sont proches. L’accueil a été ponctuel et la communication avec Victor très facile. Mes parents espèrent pouvoir revenir bientôt !
