Modern tiny house, newly built and finished in early 2025, located on a pine-covered forest property just 200m from the Baltic Sea beach, perfect for a nature-inspired summer getaway. This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

Modernes Design trifft fantastische Lage: Das 89m² große Appartement 'YOLO' bietet Platz für 2-5 Personen und befindet sich im exklusiven Appartement Haus „FIRST Sellin“, das 2018 neu eröffnet wurde. Das FIRST gehört zu den ersten Adressen des Ostseebades Sellin und ist nur einige Meter vom Hauptstrand und der historischen Seebrücke entfernt. Unsere kleine Wohnung (44 m²) in der Wolgaster Altstadt freut sich über euren Besuch :-) Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Hafen und Markt. Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz für kleinere PKW (recht eng, bis Größe VW Golf) ist direkt vor der Hauseingangstür. Größere Autos können kostenfrei auf einigen Parkplätzen in der Altstadt parken. Die Bäderbahn fährt unweit der Wohnung auf die Insel Usedom, ebenso Busverbindungen.

Die Wohnung liegt im EG eines Dreifamilienhauses im ursprünglichen Teil der Wolgaster Altstadt, neben dem Marktplatz. Von hier erreicht man bequem Bäcker, Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Banken und Ärzte. Fünf Minuten Fußweg zur UBB Haltestelle (Usedombäder, Greifswald, Stralsund )Zu Fuß gleich der alte Hafen mit Museumsschiff, Fischwagen, Kanustation, Werft, Schiffsliegeplätzen, Bootsverleih und einem Bootsausrüster. Fahrradwerkstatt, Apotheke und Post in der Altstadt.

Haus Rosalie - gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Sauna

Das Ferienhaus Rosalie ist ein 2015 erbautes Haus auf einem schönen Gartengrundstück von ca. 500qm. Menschen, die Natur und Ruhe lieben, werden sich hier wohlfühlen. Der große Wohn- und Essraum ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und gut belichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut zum Kochen geeignet. Bett- und Badwäsche sowie Küchentücher werden für 20€ pro Person vom Reinigungsdienst bereit gestellt, können auch selber mitgebracht werden. Eine Kurtaxe muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden.

Baabe Komfort-Strandhaus direkt am Meer

Traumurlaub auf der Sonneninsel Rügen im Luxus-Ferienhaus "Strandperle" direkt am herrlichen Sandstrand im Ostseebad Baabe. Unser skandinavisches Haus liegt direkt an der Ostsee in der ersten Reihe zum Strand, ca. 80 m entfernt! Gleich hinter den Dünen im Kiefernwald ist dieses Ferienhaus ein idealer Ort zum Erholen. Das komfortabel und komplett ausgestattete skandinavische Holzhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 75 m² und ist geeignet für max. 4 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder.

Achterkajüte

Es handelt sich um ein Doppelhaus in einem Viertel mit Reetdachhäusern und freiem Blick auf das Achterwasser. Grundstücksgröße 1200 m². Die angebotene Wohnung in der Doppelhaushälfte besteht aus dem Eingangsflur im Erdgeschoss, dem Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss und hat eine Wohnfläche von 80 m². Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Sommeratelier der Malerin Kerstin Langer. In der anderen Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung (Kielhus).

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
