Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Pool available for $5. Keep in mind: Weather may impact road conditions although a 4WD is not required to get to this site. Take it easy on the road once it’s not paved.

This is a perfect property for one or two individuals. Studio style unit has bed, kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard. Space is attached to the main property, but has complete privacy. Unit also boats high 9 ft ceilings and mini split unit for cooling/heating. Bathroom was also recently remodeled.
