Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

Riverbend Cabin~ Allegheny Island Wilderness Area

Located at the end of a quiet lane, with a stunning view of the Allegheny River, our riverfront cabin is the perfect getaway to relax with family and friends. Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

Beautiful lakefront cottage on Findley Lake. Completely remodeled cozy one-bedroom cottage with two docks, 150 ft. of lake frontage, and boathouse. Tucked away on a quaint woodsy lot, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets while relaxing around the firepit. Hidden Cove offers a one bedroom with a queen mattress and futon in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just a few miles from Peak n' Peek resort where you can enjoy skiing, cycling, ziplining, segway tours, and restaurants.

Our renovated cottage is fully equipped for your stay, conveniently located near local dining, cafes, wineries, breweries, swimming spots, disc golf, and hiking/biking trails. Feel the call of nature as you bring your boats bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, and paddleboards to enjoy all the lake has to offer.

Whether it's a girls trip for wine tasting or shopping or a few days on beautiful Lake Erie this private apartment is located in historic Lawrence Park Township. Minutes from public boat launches, and the breathtaking sunsets that Lake Erie has to offer. Wineries galore are just a few miles away. Lots of amenities within minutes, grocery stores, fast food, bowling, and more. This apartment is on the 2nd floor and sleeps 5 with 2 bedrooms, eat in kitchen and updated bathroom.

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Riverfront Cabin w/ amazing views! Winter escape

A camp with a million dollar view and only one other camp on the other side of the stream and wooded area. Bring your family and friends to camp out, cook out, go fishing, canoeing or kayaking. Children can play in the stream beside the camp or on the jetty, or even walk across the Allegheny to the island to play and explore. A fun, relaxing retreat for years of memories. This is a 4 season cabin so come and experience the Lehmeier's lodge during the various seasons.

Forestville Studio Cabin (Rural Guest Home)

Reconnect with nature at our secluded studio cabin on 5 acres, nestled beside a creek. Just 11 miles from Lake Erie and an hour from Niagara Falls. Only 528 yards to the snowmobile trail, 10 minutes to the Amish Trail, and 12 miles to Boutwell Hill State Forest. Enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, tubing, kayaking, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and exploring Amish country and local wineries. Located on a quiet dirt road, yet close to main travel routes.

Sweet Solitude

This is tiny cabin in the woods! Have you ever used a hot tub in the snow? You should try it! Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.
