Our family travels extensively throughout the year, and have visited the Hot Springs area multiple times. This was our first time staying at this rental or in the Lake Ouachita area. This rental is secluded on a hill overlooking the water. Even though there are neighbors, it feels very private. The porches were are favorite place to drink coffee, grill, or just enjoy the scenery. We spent many a night in the hot tub, and our three daughters loved the downstairs game room and living space. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The entire home is a great size for a family, or even multiple families. The rental was well appointed with everything we needed for our visit. Also, even though you are secluded you are less than 20 minutes from all the Hot Spring attractions, and less than 15 minutes from Wal-Mart in case you need anything. It is a beautiful home, and Eric was gracious host who tended to our every need. We will definitely be back next year.

I wanted to find a place where me and my family could get away without being too secluded. Sharron's property was EXACTLY what I was looking for and then some. One very underrated aspect is just how much land there is to enjoy and explore. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

All of the beds were very comfortable, which made for great rest after busy days. Our kids had a blast in the game room, and we all enjoyed the selection of games available in the house. James was a wonderful host—he checked in with us and made sure everything was going smoothly. The location is ideal—you get the peaceful lakefront setting while still being just a short drive from downtown Hot Springs. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful home! The decor is classy but fun. Each room is beautifully detailed. Not one space was overlooked. Very spacious, warm and cozy rooms. Super stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room. They thought of everything and did not skimp on anything! So thoughtful and creative. Beautiful outside area with multiple spaces to cook, relax, visit with each other, enjoy the lake view and sit around the awesome fire pit. Thanks for the complimentary S’more fixins’! Pleasant surprises at every turn. Close enough to downtown Hot Springs. We shopped, had lunch and enjoyed the baths and spa. The perfect girls’ birthday get-a-way! Vernon quickly responded from beginning to end. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Our host Deborah was amazing. Very helpful with things to do in town. Cabin was clean and neat. The room was connected to the lake house that host was staying in but still felt private.

The Exchange was the perfect place to settle in for a night in Hot Springs! Easily walkable to numerous downtown locations, yet quite and peaceful for a evening of rest and relaxation. The patio was the perfect addition to staying in! The room was nicely stocked with all needed amenities (thank you for the reusable Mountain Valley aluminum bottles!) and was squeaky clean! We look forward to staying again with this group!

We really enjoyed this cabin for a back to school getaway! My girls loved the loft and we enjoyed the short walk to the river! The place smelled so clean and nice! We loved everything about it. Brian was quick to respond to the few questions I had, and it’s always nice to have a washer and dryer on site! Loved it!

This was our first time in a cabin in the woods. This was a wonderful experience. I love that it is secluded and gated. We will definitely be back! This was a perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband! It was so relaxing!

This is our second time staying at Collier Creek Cabins, and it was perfect, just like last time! We reserved 2 cabins, both were clean and comfortable with easy access to the creek for rock hunting and the swimming hold, and great firepits to sit and hang out. We got to watch 2 deer frolicking one evening! We had great wifi so we could watch for weather updates when the Easter storm passed through. I can't think of a single thing I would change! Can't wait to stay there again!

We loved our weekend retreat at this cabin! It was quiet, peaceful, and serene. It was private but also close enough to town that everything was a short drive away. It was very cute and the size was perfect. Extremely comfortable bed and A/C worked great. We will definitely use again in the future.

A gorgeous gem of a location, a cozy and peaceful cabin with a beautiful creek, sandpit for kids, and lovely romantic firepit area. The screened in back porch was perfect for dinner outside. Close to the crystal mines and some great hiking areas. The crystal cleaning station was so helpful! We can't wait for another long weekend here. 🙌 Host was so responsive and helpful to ensure we had a great time.

We spent our pre-wedding moon here and SO glad we did. This cabin is one of the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in. And to know the hosts harvested this wood themselves feels like the most special passion project to be able to enjoy. There were so many things the hosts went above and beyond on. Supplies for breakfast- including fresh eggs from their hens, wine, seasonings, soaps for the bathroom, homemade private trails for us to enjoy. We cannot recommend this location enough.
